where did you get it from ?

Thanks, they are about 12-13 inches tall.

Wow, my daughter would love these so much, she collects disney snowglobes but we are talking about the wee ones here!!..she's gonna have to save her pocket money!!

do they play music too?

Yes it is Susan. Wow, I didn't realise it was you that sent them out. I put it in a frame within a week of getting it, and I love it ::yes::

Thanks Susan, it's one of my favourite pictures :)

You are quite welcome, Mandy. You're not the only one who didn't make the connection with those postcards and me. I wrote and mailed 40 of those postcards to addresses across the UK to names gathered by a couple of UK DIS friends. Then I worried that most of the cards had gotten lost because the only notes telling me that any of them had arrived were from the few people I wrote to all the time anyway. Months later in a Sunday night DIS chat host Tim (Goofyish) mentioned his card and I told him I was delighted to know he'd gotten it. He was puzzled as he'd sent an immediate thank you. After chat he sent me an e-mail saying he had remembered that when he thanked SueEllen (who lives in the UK) she'd replied that she had no idea what he was talking about and that she'd gotten a ton of other unexpected thanks and didn't know for what! I spent hours writing notes about Walt in Marceline on each card (and a small fortune on the cards and stamps) and Sue Ellen who didn't know what in the world people were talking about got all the thanks. I just had to laugh. Seeing yours displayed among your Disney treasures makes it all worthwhile. So, thank you.

WOW where did you get that?

I must be clear about the Tink pic - it is not of Tinkerbell but was painted by someone of their girlfriend. They painted quite a few pictures and when the girlfriend split up she took most of them away but couldn't fit it in her car.

We came across it when we went to a Disney event in Warwick. The lad who painted it worked in the hotel where we ate lunch. He saw we had a Tinkerbell picture from Margaret Kerry and asked if we would like to see his picture. He didn't want to keep it anymore and wanted to sell it. He had it in the street opposite the Disney event all afternoon and the Enesco Representative saw it and admired it.

No-one bought it so we went back and got it for the price he first thought of before he thought he could get more. We had to remove it from the frame and get it reframed (didn't fit in our car either) but we love it.

This arrived for me this morning.....hubby bought it for me on ebay from the US. I love it!!!!!!

These are a couple of DCL lithographs by Don 'Ducky' Williams that we've been lucky enough to receive from the concierge team at the end of our cruises. I just need to get them framed...

That Tinkerbell is really sweet! I must resist starting to collect those little cuties!

This was the other Tinkerbell picture we bought at that Disney event in Warwick. It has been signed by the artist and Margaret Kerry who was the model for Tinkerbell
