This makes me nervous! I just emailed claims.
ALL CLAIMS UNDER THE PURCHASE GUARANTEE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAILING CLAIMS@CARDPOOL.COM WITHIN ONE HUNDRED (100) DAYS OF THE DATE YOU ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THE GIFT CARD THAT IS SUBJECT TO THE CLAIM. YOU SHALL NOT, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BE ELIGIBLE TO UTILIZE THE PURCHASE GUARANTEE FOR TRANSACTIONS EXCEEDING AN AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1000.00) DURING YOUR LIFETIME AS A CARDPOOL MEMBER. PURCHASE GUARANTEE PROGRAM DOES NOT APPLY TO ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS OR MOBILE GIFT CARDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THOSE PROGRAMS. $1000 lifetime and does not apply to electronic? That's terrible.
