Oh my this looks so nice! Do you make an ADR for this just like the other restaurants? I am assuming yes, but curious how busy it usually is, if we just decided to do it one day. Do you have to dress up or can you wear normal disney gear? ie. shorts, tshirt ect.

:offtopic: :offtopic: :offtopic: :offtopic: :offtopic:

Okay I know it is off topic but my gosh that wedding picture is simply GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! I photographed weddings for 15 years and you look stunning!

And to all the food porn posters, you have inspired me to get up and get my patootie moving so I can indulge a bit while on vaca and still fit in my clothes! lol

I have to ask, and I do not mean to start any rant (please), but does anyone else in here cringe at the sight of these half cooked meats here??? I know its all in preference, and I respect your right to eat bloody meat and enjoy it. My father in law has an expression about how he likes his steak cooked (I quote word for word) "Wipe his butt, drag him across the grill once, and throw him on a bun".
I prefer mine better though "burn it till not a SPEC of pink shows and CHAR the outside till its crispy".:stir: :stir: :stir: :stir:

I don't think I could eat it the way you like it but I definitely cannot stomach it the way it is served so rare at most places. I prefer my meat med well with a pinkish grey in the middle but then, that is why food is "cooked to order". ;)

I just looked back the last 2 pages and didn't see any pix-so here's one of mine to re-start the salivating!

Chicken Noodle soup at POP.

Not fancy, just tasty.

Got to chime in !! I order my steak rare, it has so much more flavor and is not tough or chewy!! The rest of the family order it well or very well done !!

I will contribute some food pics from our Feb. trip. Some are from DCL and some are from WDW. Here goes:

A few "fav's" from DCL (we did the 4 night Wonder):

Room service - pepperoni pizza, chocolate chip cookies & fruit/cheese plate (a MUST on any DCL trip):

I think these were called something like "pasta envelopes" and I don't even like pasta, but they were delicious!

Chicken ceasar salad (this was an appetizer, but it was so filling, it could have easily been an entree):

Okay, back to WDW food pics.

Here is the slipper dessert we ordered for DD12 on her birthday at our breakfast at the castle. She shared a few bites and it was heavenly!!!

On our first night at WDW, we checked into the Beach Club and got a wonderful "surprise" - we were upgraded to club/concierge level. Here are a few shots of the lounge:

That is way cool to photgraph John R. at Cali Grill. You did so well to fit your MAN in the forefront with a great smile!!!

Personally.... I find meat that is rare to be extremely chewy, it takes forever to chew it.... also, overdone meat is tough....I prefer middle of the road. MEDIUM!

I usually tease my Mother... who likes hers medium rare... she cuts into her meat and I like to mooooooooo, its become a family joke!
