Has anyone had good or bad experiences with them, thinking about having something in our room when we arrive on the 18 th. Thanks!!:)

I've ordered from them and have been pleased with their service! I've ordered something special for the family this upcoming October and can't wait!! Just remember, if you order anything with wine, if you're not in your room, they will have to leave it at guest services for you to pick up when you show them ID.

I have used them several times over the past few years ... They have been fantastic... From grand celebrations to just simple wine and snacks .
They always seem to get it right. They can customize just about anything for you ... Had them set-up a gift brought to the table for my wife at Victoria and Alberts last trip.. A surprise
Bracelet that she enjoyed very much

I have used them several times but I have never been able to get something waiting in the room upon arrival. They always want to do it the day AFTER arrival. I've done smaller gift baskets and full on decorating-always day after arrival or later in the trip.

The quality is good-prices are not for the faint of heart!

With few exceptions, they will not put anything in your room until you are checked in. One exception is staying club level, so that wouldn't apply to the majority of DVC stays. Others might be at the Grand Floridian in some cases, but I'm not even sure of that. DISer Feralpeg is a former Disney Florist employee and has confirmed that on the Resorts board numerous times.

:) I have received flowers on my birthday twice from DH. They where beautiful and I was able to keep the containers for future use. Once he thought the gig was up because the van was there when we walked up to the resort. I didn't think anything about it---and the flowers were already in the room. The other time they brought them when I was in the bathroom and was totally surprised when I came out.

DH had some trouble making the request one time--he thought the concierge desk would do it--nope he had to make the call. The quality is beautiful and special. They will put a little beaded Mickey Head in the arrangement somewhere.

I have used them many times. When my husband and I stay for a week or more I like to have 7 stems of stargazer lilies in our room. I don't really like their website. You can customize or ask for a special order. Had I not asked I wouldn't have known I can have lilies in our room. It does come with its typical Disney price point.

We order something from them on every trip, and have never been disappointed. They will leave them in your room for you when you're not there, but usually only if there's evidence that you've checked in (suitcases, personal items, etc). Our experience is usually getting them delivered to the room while we're there. However, if we go right to a park and DME has dropped our bags in the room, they'll sometimes be there when we return.

I used to order one of the DVC arrangements each time, but you can only have so many DVC coffee mugs. :rotfl2: I've been getting non-DVC arrangements the past few trips. If you order something with a large glass vase, have a suitcase strategy ahead of time to get it home. We fly Southwest, so I've actually started bringing a "souvineer" suitcase with us that flies down empty, and back home full.

They use the standard FTD web site for online orders. Before you start, take a minute to look up the street address of your hotel. You need to enter it as part of the ordering process.

I took my grandaughter on a "before school starts" trip a few weeks ago and my daughter-in-law sent us a surprise flower arangement that was waiting for us in our room at check-in. It was beautiful and lasted the whole week!
