No cost -- as of now!
I got a bib at the start, a medal at the finish and a "magical moments" certificate delivered later to the room.
I think you can buy 5k shirts now in the store.
The path is a bit boring, but I guess they are limited because they want a more stable run surface (i.e. pavement) and don't want us interfering with folks who might be trying to get to excursions, getting off boat, etc.
The only negative to it is that you are far from the boat at the finish (it ends at the bike rental place). I ended up just parking myself on some beach chairs afterwards and my family met me there (avoiding having to go back to the ship). Of course, then the KONK COOLER guy comes around......and you are hot, sweaty and they look so good....
BE STRONG...GRAB THE WATER THEY OFFER INSTEAD!!!

Our last cruise I watched some of the race but this time I plan to participate even though I am not a great runner. I'm trying to think of a way to get the kids to sign up as well.
