Does anyone know where I can find a list of restaurants, clubs, activities, rooms, on each desk of the ship?

I guess like a directory of sorts.

The maps that I am finding are not very clear and very small.

You can look at the Disney cruise website and click on the "our ships" tab, then click on "deck plans". From there you can choose which ship you want to look at.
