Is the only place you can purchase "Disney Dollars" at the Disney Store or at the parks?

I pick them up for my kids at the Disney Store.
I bought some yesterday at the Disney store in Denver. I live about 60 miles from the nearest Disney Store and was hoping there would be another way to get them.
