On the advice of many on this board, I ordered a vacation planning video which arrived at my house 1 week ago. Again, as advised, I called CRO and asked if any codes were attached to my name. Sadly, CRO had a hard time finding me ... it took my cast member about 5 minutes and 20 questions to locate me. But finally! He found me, corrected my incorrect email address and *insert drum roll here .................................*
no code
So it definintely helps to call CRO and ask. Even if there aren't any codes assigned to you, at least you can confirm that you're in their system which GREATLY increases your chances
Best of luck to all!

I hope now that Disney has your correct information, you'll have the same luck we did. The CM I spoke to was very helpful and suggested calling back weekly to inquire about codes. She was kind of vague, but said it pays to be nosy and ask lots of questions. I took this to mean they may not mention an offer unless you specifically ask for it.
