Disney Dinning

We received out renewal dinning cards today for Disney Dining Experience and I notice that they have the All Stars Food Courts on the list but not the food courts for the POP C. Anybody have this for awhile and remember if they didn't do the food courts for the All Stars when they first opened? And how long before they put them on the list?

Also where in MGM is the Tune in Lounge which I have never notice on the list before.

I believe the Tune in Lounge is the small bar area in the Prime Time 50's Cafe.
