Disney Dayz @disneystore.com

This is also going on at the regular Disney Stores. The CM gave both my DD (2yo) and I the money coupon. We bought two sets of pj pals and two mint candy tins. They rang each pj and mints separetaly so we could use both coupons. It came to $6.94 for a set of pj's and a mint tin. Not bad! :)

We were at the DS today and also were given the $5 coupon.

We bought 4 pens for $10 and only paid $5 after they deducted the coupon.

Each day they are doing a different promotion.

They do have some things in for Easter.

I don't usually go there much but my kids wanted to go there so we did.

I also have a coupon for $10 off any $50 purchase until 4/13-they gave this out with free Piglet movie tickets.

Looks like you can only use one discount... wouldn't let me take the $5 off and the DC discount... bummer!

...but did you notice that the "Sale" tab at the top of the page on DisneyStore.com is gone since DisneyDayz has started? That's the only way I ever shop there is by looking at the sale items!

It's Tarzan Tuesday - 10% off everything for boys.

Svenson, yes I also noticed the Sale tab is gone, and that is also the only way that I shop there. Hopefully it's just gone temporarily while they're running this current special and it will return next week.

No, the small print says it can't be used for Disney Dollars...but then again, it also says it isn't valid at Disney Stores either...so who knows?

Can anyone tell me what Wed andThurs were?.Just curious as to what I missed,I went to the ds today and it said 15%everything reg and sale but nothing was on sale.Bummer

I think Wed was a Stitch plush for $5.00 and Thurs. was 2 free magic towels. The PJs I wanted were $8.99 Tues ( boy's sale ) and now they are up to $14.99.

Thaks Ceecee I guess I didn't miss much.I was very disapointed in the weekend sale on Friday. You could get better discounts from a regular sale.Oh well There is always next week.I have a $49 credit that I NEED to spend.LOL:D

The weekend sale was great if you were a Disney Club member because it not only gave you 15% off but you also got the DC 10% discount for a total of 25% off.

I got four t-shirts for less than $20 today using the $5 "Mickey Monday" coupons and our DC discount. Our store manager said to call on Wednesday to see what was going to be on sale for $5 this week during "Wish Wednesday." She said they never know what's going to be on sale until the night before or sometimes the day of the sale. Our store had a couple of different items for sale at $5 last Wednesday but I can't remember what they were.

Could someone tell me what the deal was on Fairytale Friday?

I forgot to check online last week, but this week I might be able to make it to the DS on Friday for some in-person deals.

TIA. :)

InstImpres,
DisneyDayz started last week, and it will last "who-knows-how long." Here is the quote from DisneyStore.com:

"Disney Dayz offers are available for a limited time only. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any Disney Dayz offer at any time without notice. "

Personally, I hope it ends soon, as they have removed all sale prices from the website, and our local store had barely anything on sale either. For example, we bought the Sully beanbag chair a month ago because it was marked down to 50% off. It had been on sale for quite a while, and we even considered waiting until it went to 75% off. Luckily, we bought it at 50%, because since DisneyDayz started last week it is back to full price! Everything that had clearance prices is back to full price now. So you think you are getting a deal with the 10% off Tuesday or the 15% off weekend, but many items were on a much better sale before Disney Dayz started!

I agree the Disney Store had better sales before the "Disney Dayz". I checked it out this weekend and most all the items that were 50% off were back at full-price or 15% for the "goofy weekend" promotion.
Also, when I tried to use my Disney Club card for 10% (additional discount on a purchase), the CM would only give me one discount--either 15% off OR the 10% off!
Maybe some of the "Disney Dayz" will be OK...
Whether they keep this promotion for awhile or not, I think the Disney Store will go back larger % off sales. They will have to move merchandise!:p

I went into my local DS last week and for the first time EVER I actually walked out without buying a single thing!!! Some items I had purchased at 50% off the previous week were also back to regular price. I thought that was odd. There was nothing on sale. Ill stick to buying sale items and getting my 10% DC discount.
