The day that I become a CM is going to be the happiest day of my life.

I couldn’t imagine just walking through the Utilidors and seeing the Fairy God Mother. By that point I would’ve been sobbing.

I’m sitting here basically in tears over that paragraph about CMs making magic, etc. Cast Members are amazing people and this is a HUGE reason why I want to work for Disney. I want to make people’s day magical, put a smile on their face, and see how happy they are. Disney is just the place for me.

I am REALLY craving a dole whip right now. GAHH it looks so good.

That Pluto and Mickey pin is SO cute. I love it!

January 27th, 2013 (Part 1) – Long Lost Friends!

Today I got up at 9 am. I showered and got ready. Mark, Russell, and I were headed to the Magic Kingdom!

I drove us there and we parked in Peter Pan 45! (yes, it was my job to remember where we parked today.)

We got to Magic Kingdom and we bought autograph books! We wanted to keep track of the characters we met on our program!

It was LONG LOST FRIENDS WEEK! Happy Limited Time Magic, everyone! We were in character hunting mode today. None of them gave autographs though. They had autograph cards they handed out and only took group pictures. EFFICIENCY!

We got in line and met the Duck Tales characters first – Scrooge and Ludwig!

Then we went to meet Clarabelle Cow and Horace the Horse!

After that, we were going to get in line for Robin Hood and friends, but we knew we weren’t going to make it this time around/they were coming out later.

So Russell suggested that we should go to Be Our Guest for lunch! BRILLIANT IDEA! To Fantasyland we go...!

We walked over to Fantasyland and the line was pretty long. However, they said it would take 45 minutes and we decided that it would be worth it to wait.

The cast member at the beginning of the line was awesome. He helped us all pick out what we wanted to order. He had great recommendations!

The wait actually wasn’t that bad because we got to look around and we just had a good time being together.

Soon we were approaching the castle. OH MY GOD. I was hyperventilating. THE CASTLE IS SO INCREDIBLY PRETTY. IT’S LIKE A DREAM COME TRUE. I was falling in love by the second.

January 27th, 2013 (Part 2) - BE OUR GUEST LUNCH

Knights in shining armor!

They have the menus EVERYWHERE so by the time you're there, you'll definitely know what to order. There was one menu completely with FOOD PICTURES. Did I mention how PERFECT Be Our Guest is?

Then it was time to order. BE OUR GUEST HAS THE COOLEST ORDERING SYSTEM EVER. They give you a rose to start off with.

You go over the computer to place your order, then scan the rose, and then bring it to your table so they know where you’re sitting.

You get to choose a table! Even though it was so crowded, we had NO problem finding a table. And a good one at that! We sat down in the main dining room with the beautiful chandeliers. OH MY GOD. I was in AWE.

We had a window seat! THERE WAS SNOW RIGHT OUTSIDE. IT WAS SO MAGICAL.

They bring your meals on a fancy rolling serving tray. It’s literally the best thing I have ever seen. I’m surprised there wasn’t dancing silverware.

I got the Croque Monsieur. SO SO SO GOOD. Oh my goodness. And those fries were some of the best fries I have ever had! I could only eat half of the sandwich because it was so big! You got really large portions here and the quality is FANTASTIC. Be Our Guest is probably the best quick service value you can find on property! LOVE IT.

Mark and Russell both got the steak sandwich. They kept saying it was REALLY good. The cast member out front recommended that right of the bat and they were pleased with their choice!

For dessert I got the Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcake. BEST CUPCAKE I HAVE EVER HAD. Oh my goodness. The cake was SO fresh and the frosting was divine. SO MUCH LOVE.

Mark got the Chocolate Cream puff which he DEVOURED. Loved it!

Russell got the Passion Fruit Cream Puff! He really liked it but he said it definitely was different than you would expect. It has a citrusy flavor.

After our meals, we were SO HAPPY. Seriously I want to go back already. That was one of the most incredible dining experiences of my entire life.

We walked around and looked at the other two dining rooms. They are GORGEOUS.

I love this room because of the artwork. I want to eat in here next time, maybe! (although the chandelier room is my FAVORITE)

Then the west wing is AWESOME.

It's dark and scary but the enchanted rose is right in there!

I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS DINING ROOM. I'm just blown away.

Great Be Our Guest review! You're so right that quick service doesn't get much better than BOG - their tuna niçoise salad was an awesome lunch. I'm a huge fan of passion fruit, so that passion fruit cream puff is honestly one of my favorite quick service desserts now.

Both sandwiches also look great, but I recently decided to stop eating pork and red meat so I guess I won't be trying them.

January 27th, 2013 (Part 3) - IT'S CHARACTER DAY!

Best lunch EVER.

We walked through the Beauty and the Beast section!

I LOVE this gift shop.

Then we headed towards Liberty Square. That means A LOOK AT RAPUNZEL'S TOWER!

After that we stopped and met Tiana! She was SO sweet! She asked us about ourselves and we told her we were on the college program!

Back to Main Street! We needed some obligatory castle pictures. We really utilized those photopass photographers today!

Then we went on the shops on Main Street and I bought some pins. Mark got some, too!

It was almost time for the 2:30 pm greeting of Long Lost Characters, so we got in line for the big bad wolf and the three little pigs! The character attendant actually recognized me from disboards! It was so cool! I forgot her name, but we chatted for a long time. It was so nice to run into a fellow diser!

There were two Main Street performers who came by and started talking to us. THEY WERE HILARIOUS! They told me oh you remind us of our friend. Shes a princess and so are you! Then they proceeded to tell me that their friend likes to sing, and they asked me to sing them a song! So I was like, well what should I sing? And one was like, hmmm& I love the classics. How about something Belle sings!?

So I sang a few lines from Something There and they loved it. It was SO adorable. What a great moment!!

We met the Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf! I seriously wonder the last time these characters were out. I bet it has been SO long!

What a fun group to meet! They were the characters I was most excited about for Long Lost Friends week, I think! (ps aren't I scary? The Big Bad Wolf and I were buds.)

Then we got in line for Robin Hood! The characters had just gone inside, but we still waited in line because CELEBRATE A DREAM COME TRUE PARADE was beginning!

I have never watched this parade in it's entirety and we had the best spots EVER! I was just singing and dancing along and taking LOTS of pictures!!

January 27th, 2013 (Part 4) - CELEBRATE A DREAM COME TRUE!

You can never have too many pictures of Aladdin!

THIS IS THE BEST PICTURE I HAVE EVER TAKEN EVER.

Ahh well that was a blast.

Then it was time to meet Robin Hood and friends! It was awesome that four of them were out at the same time!

The last long lost characters were Pinocchio, Gepetto, and Jiminy Cricket! Even though I have met all three of them before, I wanted to meet them again today though because they were all together at the same time! It was great!

We felt SUPER accomplished when we were done. WE MET ALL OF THE LONG LOST FRIENDS!

While we were in line for Pinnochio and friends, Russell grabbed us fastpasses for the princesses at 4:20 pm. So we got some Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom cards while we waited and then we went over to Town Square Theater!

Having the princess fastpass was great! We got to walk right up.

Our first princess was Rapunzel!

We met Aurora next! She was very sweet and lovely to talk to!
