Ok I just received my order from disneyshopping.com. Most of the clothes fit perfect . . . but I wonder how much they will shrink. Most of the shirts are 95% cotton, but it doesn't say anything about preshrunk cotton.

Anyone know if they are supposed to be preshrunk or how much shrinkage I should expect.

I never dry our cotton shirts in the dryer anymore. They do shrink. If they are "vacation" shirts...I don't even let anyone wear them until vacation!!!

I'm kind of weird about that, I HAVE to was new clothes. I always think "these could have been returned" and if so who has been wearing them. Just grosses me out thinking about it..

I wahed and dried a couple of the shirts I got and they didn't shrink that much.

The PJ's I brought shrunk alot. After the 1st wash, what was supposed to be long bottoms, turned into capris.

Oh I agree....i wash them...just don't dry them in the dryer.

I have never had anything shrink from Disney Store, but I never bought anything online. All from the store itself. All the stuff I got from the store is preshrunk. I was actually hoping for a little shrinkage in dd's pj pals and no luck!

DD's PJ pals shrunk terribly. Like PP said, now they're capris. I'm going to have to go up a full size, because there's no way these are going to fit for very long. I've never had the regular shirts shrink though.

I really think it varies. Disney does not manufacture the clothes. They license their name and characters out to many different manufacturers. Some are going to use better quality materials than others. To be on the safe side I always buy bigger when its made of cotton. But sometimes it doesn't shrink that much.

I also always have to wash clothes before wearing them.

I stock up on PJ pals when they go to the outlet. They NEED to be washed in cold, and dried on low. Only the first set shrank. Then I read the tag. No shrinkage since!
As far as T-shirts go, I've never had any shrink from washing, but the picture on the front starts cracking after about 3 washes.
