Disney Channel Games 2008???

I was out all day today at Sea World and was REALLY hoping to come home to a confirmation email. Wahhhhh!

I just got the email with the confirmation letter for our tickets for the concert!!!! It came at 10:23pm tonight (Sunday). I sent my request at 12:02am on Saturday night. Oh, and we got 5 stadium tickets (what I requested).

Does anyone have extra tickets they would be willing to give up? I tried getting tickets through the pass holder website and through the other one. I couldn't get any tickets and this was going to be a surprise for my two girls. My one daughter is graduating this year and LOVES the Jonas Brothers. She has never been able to see them before and I was hoping she would.

If anyone can help me out PLEASE PLEASE do.

Does anyone have any information about whether passholder's concert tickets allow them to get into the concert first?
I know the field tickets are standing room, so is it first come first served?
Any info would be helpful.

Unfortunately, no. We are not arriving until Friday afternoon due to OAT (Ohio Achievement Tests) at my DD Jr High. The concert was our only option. Her luck just ran out between the test week falling during DCG week and the concert selling out so quick!

I don't know how late they will be taping Friday,but it might be worth it to go straight to WWoS when you arrive.It is a long shot,but maybe she will see some of the Stars out in the parks or a resort.

I really need to "accept" the fact that my confirmation email isn't coming. LOL I read last night of the people who were still getting them at 1030 and held out hope. But, alas, nothing again this morning.

We received confirmation Sunday 1129 pm for 6 tickets. Sent email at 1211am Saturday. We are coming from Edmonton Canada and we are going to surprise the kids when we get there. Sooooo excited we have never done it before.

No,the Passholder tickets are just like all of the other tickets.

So it all depends on how early we get there? That's awesome, I want to be front row!

I just sent an email to ask if there was going to be a waiting list for the tickets that don't get picked up. I also asked if the games would be open to the public. I got this response (obviously an auto response):

Sorry, we are no longer accepting ticket requests. We have reached
capacity. We are busy processing ticket requests in the order in
which they were received. So if you made an earlier request, you may
receive ticket confirmation in a few days

Oh my gosh! Thank you so much. Yes I did try through the AP. I did it right when they put them up but I never heard anything. I finally found 1 ticket. And I just need 1 more for my other daughter. Please let me know if your people don't end up using them. I would be so grateful to you and so would my girls. Thank you.

I sent the request in on Sunday about audience at the DCGames to the same concert e-mail (DCGAMESCONCERT08@GMAIL.COM) and here is the response:

The games will have no audience this year, but the public is welcome to stop by and take a peek.

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So -for those who went last year... is it worth missing school and paying the airfare to come out just for the concert?

I'm SO bummed. That was straight from the Disney team so I'm really hesitant to not believe her but I'm open to anyone else who gets different info.

We live out of the US, and my kids are huge Disney Channel Fans, but all they get to watch is concerts from the TV. We'll happen to be in Orlando for April 26th-May5th, so it's a big coincidence. But unfortunately, I just found out this morning about the Concert and obviously got a reply that there aren't any more tickets. If you happen to have some extra ones, we are a family of 4.
