Ok maybe I missed it. But what is a DVC Trust? Any other resorts a trust? Kinda confused

I believe that so far only Riviera, Cabins at Fort Wilderness and Villas Disneyland Hotel are trusts. The expectation is for Lakeshore Lodge to be a Trust as well.

I dont think riv is or vdh, but I can be wrong. Both just have restrictions.

Correct. Only ‘trust’ so far is CFW.
