Disney Bells and Pixie Dust! Our Practically Perfect Vacation!*Thanks for reading!

OH MY GOODNESS!! I never even noticed that! No one said anything the first time I posted them and no one noticed when I gave them to the kids!:lmao: I'm sorry for making fun of you for saying POCAHOTAS! I'm the goofball!:confused3

If Sharky was here she would have caught that! :rotfl2:

I actually like Pocahotas... say it with both o's being long o's. It's funny!
And can you believe I just entertained myself with that and furthermore posted to talk about it!? What is WRONG with me?!?! :lmao:

AH HA! I wondered why I never got alerts from the thread any more - but NOW I've found you!

Love all your shirts and the kids autograph book are so cute too. We made our own autograph books but they didn't come out that cute, I'm just not a very crafty person.

It's less my craftiness and more the wonders of Photoshop!

Well, we all knew that! ;)

Sorry I didn't notice it in your pre-trip! Much better of me to point it out now that you're back and can't do anything about it, huh? :headache: Sorry.

Sara

Thanks alot Sara! And I can't tell you all how much I appreciate you pointing out my mistake AFTER my trip!:headache: :rotfl:

LINDA! I thought you duped me! I'm sorry! I decided to start a new report instead of attaching it to my pre trip. There are links in the first post if you need them. Glad to "see" you again!:thumbsup2

I always love seeing your designs!! I have made one Minnie head with my Mickey Font cartridge on my Cricut machine :rotfl:. I am pathetic.

I have to go back to your pre trippie to see about the window clings, I seriously don't remember reading about how you did them :confused3.

Anyway, I just wanted you to know how much I love reading about your trip, it always brings a smile to my face.

Not only are we so alike it's scary ~ apparently so are our hubbies because that is what Tom calls her too!!!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

You've gotten further than I have with the Cricut!

Please don't re-read my pre trippie! It is a kit made by Crayola. You get approx 5 sheets, but you can arrange a couple of images in Word for each page.

Tracy, you're such a sweetie!

As usual there is quite a crowd outside when we walk up. I go to check us in, but find it hard to find a set of steps that isn't blocked with people. A big group of teens were blocking the main steps and they were so loud. "EXCUSE ME!" Well, apparantly a loud firm tone doesn't work with people who don't speak English because they ignored me. There was no other way to get to the check in podium so I pushed my way through.:headache: As I stood in line I said a little prayer that we would not be seated next to this group. Did I mention how loud they were? There were about 20 of them and they took them through a side door into the restaurant. The man in front of me was complaining about having to stand in line to check in even though we had ADR's. Oh come on! We stood there for 3 minutes! Not a big deal! When it was my turn I checked us in and made sure they had a note that we were celebrating a birthday. I went back down to find my family.

Hunter was wearing his sandals today, and he was already complaining they were hurting his feet. Not a good sign! I sat him on a bench and covered his feet with bandaids. We were called fairly quickly. We walked into the lobby then she noticed we were celebrating a birthday. She told us to wait a moment, so I took a couple of pictures. I love these!

She came back and took us to the left, all the way to the back. Good spot away from the crowd. They had Mickey head confetti covering the table and streamers. So cute. I dug into my bag and brought out the kids goodie bags and some Winnie the Pooh napkins. The goodie bags had a cup, pencils, tatoos, Winnie and friends rings, etc.

PRESENT TIME!

WE GAVE HUNTER A YETI PIN

Our waitress came to take our drink order. She was average. She didn't even tell us the character procedure or that we could go get our food. I thought that she shouldn't assume that people know what to do. Maybe she thought I looked like I knew what I was doing since I brought my own decorations!

We started the get the food, while keeping an eye on the characters cycle. The food here is good breakfast food. However, we've come to the conclusion that Disney has the worst bacon. We found this throughout our stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast pizza and french toast. Dave informed me I was eating off of the kids buffet. Oh well. It was yummy! My mom got so caught up in the activity that she neglected going back up to the buffet right away. When she went back up the breakfast food was gone! It was getting close to lunchtime, but the restaurant was still half full. I think that a better waitress would have informed people that this was happening. I felt bad for my mom, but I think she ate enough to fill her up. Our waitress brought Hunter a birthday card which was signed by Winnie and friends. Hunter thought that was pretty cool! We eat breakfast here every trip and will continue to do so!

**Just a note. The family across from us was the most horrible family I have ever encountered. It was like watching a car wreck! The woman was on the phone most of the time, and screaming at her bratty kids and clueless husband the other. Then a character would come up and she would switch personalities and smile. Then back to nasty. It was quite a scene. I almost applauded when they left! We also witnessed a father screaming at his kids at Animal Kingdom. Hunter told Dave that if he ever screamed at him like that he'd move away! Those poor pathetic families!**

Now the good stuff!

Next up: You want me to buy you WHAT?! And I get to try a yummy treat!

I just love the Crystal Palace and it looks like you guys really enjoyed your breakfast there. Very cute pictures of the kids with the characters. :thumbsup2

Wow! How cute are these pictures?? Looks like you had a pretty good breakfast. Too bad your mom wasn't able to go and get seconds. That kinda stinks.
Your kiddos are such hams, I LOVE IT!

Can't wait to hear more about my favorite park.

Do you eat breakfast there or lunch or dinner? We've always done breakfast because it seems to get better reviews. I'd like to try a different meal there sometime, but we're set in our ways I guess!

I was just coming on here to look for you! Found ya quick. Now I have to go back to cleaning up the kids's room. Thanks Kimmy!

Yes my kids are huge hams! You should see them when we go to get their pictures taken. They don't want to be done! It's kind of embarrassing!

Good cause there's lots more. It's only noon!

We had an 8:05 am breakfast reservation. I don't know if I would brave the other meals simply because of all the reviews I have read about how crowded and crazy it becomes.

Those are some real cutie pies you have. I love the picture of Megan with Pooh. Looks like Hunter had a good birthday. At least the rude family next to you didn't spoil it too much. I wish you would have gotten better service, though.

I can't even imagine trying to get my family to an 8:00am ressie! That would be interesting!

Hey, you're still here! Can you see a pattern in our service at restaurants?! The waiter at Boma was good, but it was so loud it was hard to hear him! The rude family was interesting entertainment inbetween characters!

It's worth it though. We were the first people in the park that day so no crowds at the restaurant and we got pictures of Main Street and the castle with nobody else in them but us! We were done eating and out in the park by rope drop.

I love the Crystal Palace. I have fond memories of eating there when I was little and getting to meet Eeyore. He was my favorite character.

I just discovered your TR! Since I am planning our first ever trip, your report is so helpful. Love the details.

:goofy: Thanks for sharing.

My two favorite pictures from this installment:

Megan looks so in awe of Winnie, I love it.

Hunter's smile is fantastic here!!

We have only done the Crystal Palace once and I haven't talked about it yet in my TR so I won't say much other than it was packed at our dinner reservation.

The gift bag was awesome, you are such a fantastic Mom. What wonderful memories you have given your children!!

I can't wait to read more popcorn::.

Someday! We'll have to get up at 4:00!:lmao:

I also love Eeyore! We first ate here in '96. No Piglet back then!

Hi! Your first trip ever! You're gonna LOVE it! If you have any questions we'd all be happy to help! We love to talk about Disney! Thank you for the great compliment! I love your screenname! LOVE Goofy!!

Thank you! The bags were fun to put together. I thought you'd like the pin picture! Pin trading is addictive isn't it?!

I can not believe that I forgot to put this in this installment! I just remembered. (I must have blocked it out!)

So, I go up to the buffet to get my food. Like most buffets the chefs are working behind the buffet. I go to put some sausage on my plate and the sausage link slips out of the tongs, flies behind the buffet, and HITS the chef!!! The guy next to me was cracking up and the chef asked me if I just threw a sausage at him! Luckily he had a sense of humor! Quite embarrassing!
