Apperntly this is not true, well at least according to Disneyland. My wife and I have active passes that expire this month but have not yet expired. The Cast member said because our passes at Dosneyland are within a "renewal window" that we are not going to get an automatic pass unless we renew our Disneyland passes. Also, the Cast Member said that no passes were being mailed till next week. I am going to go and try to fight this as it looks like we should not have to renew, but I need something to back me up. If anyone has Links from Disney they can send or post so I can have something I would love it. Thanks.
That's very odd.
According to the information being given to us at WDW, all Passholders who held both Passes as of 3/1 and who do not have Passes expiring prior to 3/15 will be reciving mailers. DLR should be receiving the same information.
I would suggest contacting Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder Services on (407) 560-7277 and seeing if they give you the same response. You can then take that and use it when talking with Disneyland Resort Guest Services.
