So I am sure that with the Premier AP, you will still get the merchandise discount, food discount (15%, because it's equivalent to DLR Premium) and hotel discounts.
Is this info from a Disney Site? I can't find it.

I have both a DLR PAP and a WDW annual pass (non-Florida resident). My WDW annual pass was good for 15 months from last November. How are those handled? I guess I don't get the auto-upgrade? can I still trade the two in for the Premiere Pass?
I just wish I could go to Florida in the next year!! I would do a DLR Christmas trip and a WDW Christmastime trip!

Just an FYI-- At times, Cirque du Soleil will give significant savings to their tickets for the show "La Nouba" at DownTown Disney. (This is a Cirque show created specifically for Disney-so that familes could attend - best show in Florida) I've seen discounts as low as $54 for this show.
Yes, there are discounts to rooms .
Annual Passholders also can purchase a "Tables in Wonderland" card which gives even greater discounts on meals for up to six persons in your party. This card pays for itself after the first few uses. It also includes invitations to several special food events at WDW.
It's from the information that was released to Cast about the Passport after it was announced at the Shareholders Meeting. Most of it is available or will be available through Disneyland.com, DisneyWorld.com, and DisneyParks.com shortly, I'm sure.
If both passes were valid as of March 1, 2010, you should be receiving a mailer from Disney Parks shortly. It will contain a Disney Premier Passport, which you can take (along with both Annual Passes/Passports) to any Disneyland Resort Ticket Booth/Guest Relations location or Walt Disney World Resort Guest Relations location in order to activate. The expiration date will be determined from the later of the two.
If you don't receive a mailing before your next trip to one of the Disney Parks, just bring both Passes/Passports with you, and they'll be happy to upgrade it anyway.
Awesome thanks!!
This is now on Disney s site:

Apperntly this is not true, well at least according to Disneyland. My wife and I have active passes that expire this month but have not yet expired. The Cast member said because our passes at Dosneyland are within a "renewal window" that we are not going to get an automatic pass unless we renew our Disneyland passes. Also, the Cast Member said that no passes were being mailed till next week. I am going to go and try to fight this as it looks like we should not have to renew, but I need something to back me up. If anyone has Links from Disney they can send or post so I can have something I would love it. Thanks.
