Gail, I hope the FIL is OK. I am wondering if my mother (87) should be living as far away from everyone as she is, it is tough when there is no one to watch over them. Lots of hugs to you.

I have another recruiter interview tomorrow, but recruiter number one has a tempy to perm job they want to talk to me about. I think tempy to tempy would be a lot more flexible, but I will take what I can get. Christmas is comming and daddy needs a new pair of shoes........... or something like that! I did send my resume to AZ State U for an "Office Specialist" (can you say clerk?) position in the music department. Filing, scheduling, etc. Sounded like fun, and it pays OK, so many choices, I just know one will come up for me.

I agree, Steph, it does feel a little ghostish here... but I know for me, I am more frustrated with the very slow boards and don't even try half the time because I know I won't get in. I wonder if that's true for many.

So many sad things happening around the boards these days.

Our dog Ariel has not been feeling well at all these past few days. She must have hurt her back right leg somehow. She has been waking up yelping very loudly lately as if her leg is really killing her. She sits around and wimpers all day long, too. It is so sad to look at her face when she is like this. Unfortunately, the earliest we can get her to the vets is Monday evening. This is interesting - they told me we can give her regular aspirin for the pain. I wrapped some up in salami a little while ago and gave it to her. I hope it helps.
