really any month is fine, not really crowded from what I can see but then I have only been there twice and i go about 9am 10ish before the buses get in for lunch...... as for hotels I have to check I do not live close by, will have to check.....in the mean time check out their web site maybe it says which ones are close.....

For August, I'm out of town the 1st (actually making a quick WDW trip ) and the 15th (convention in Indianapolis)... 29th looks good though - can even bring an out-of-town DISer along too

Not sure what Sept will look like at the moment...

okay the hotel is the comfort inn on 3rd street, but I live only 10 minutes away if that maybe 5 minutes, everyone can grab their blow up beds and hang out at my place but then that is up to everyone...LOL

must look at musicfest sp? and lehigh university starting week for those weekends can make things really full and booked up.... school here also starts the last week of Aug.
you may have to stay at my place for there will be on room at any inn

truly know what you mean... August looks so grim all of a sudden at work... will be working the weekend of the 1st... the weekend of the 15th will be visiting friends and the end of the month will be working again

Hopefully I can join you in Sept. and I know I am going to miss you in October Then November starts the holiday hoopla...

I will be there the weekend of the 28th-30th of August and I believe the 18th to 20th of September.
