Why, thank you! The one I made for me is a Word table too. It has much more info on it! My family always makes fun of my itineraries. I don't see what's so funny about being organized!

If it wasn't for us, they would be wandering around aimlessly;)

How many picture do you usually take?

We have two 1mb cards, and we don't even really plan on using the second one

I only have 1 512 so it has to be enough. I just put the 160 pics from last year in the album on Friday night.

What do your daycare kids do while you are on vacation? Does someone fill in for you or do the parents have to find other care for that time? I just thought about that and wondered how that works.

I started reminding them in Feb when our vacation was, and they needed to plan accordingly. My mom will watch the kids that HAVE to come, but several of them will stay with grandparents and such. I close for the major holidays... and it is their problem to work out if they need childcare - but they were told that when they first started coming.

Why did everyone choose this time to go to Disney?

We picked the end of June because of when Tucker gets out of school, and that they go back in July. Last year we went the last week of June, and really enjoyed it... but did notice the crowds getting heavy by the weekend before July 4. Also, it rained 5 of our 7 days, and CMs kept saying "You should have been here last week... didn't rain at all!" So we decided that was the week for us! :rotfl: Hope it works out that way!!

I'll probably take three 1 mb cards. On our last full week trip to Disney I took over 300 pictures and they were with the 35 mm. Now that I have the digital, I go totally crazy. Plus the videos really eat up the card space. I'll probably use 2 of the cards but want the 3rd just in case. I have to remember to pack my battery charger!

Y'all want to see what I spent a whole afternoon last week at work doing? I'm pretty proud of myself! :) It's a slightly abbreviated picture itinerary for the kids! That way they'll have their own itinerary to look at to know what we're doing each day. I got the idea over on the TGM boards. So if any of you are bored, it's a great way to kill a whole afternoon! :rotfl2:
That is really nice! Did you cut and paste or do it all on computer?

We're knocking down the kitchen, bathroom, living room & dining room. Only the bedrooms are staying up. Then going out all the way around the house & adding a 4th bedroom.

I've been to Howe a long time ago. I should take the kids sometime. I really want to get out to Robert Moses beach more often. We only made it their 2X last summer and had a great time.
You will have a hard summer then but I'm sure it will be worth it. Where is Robert Moses Beach?

Brittany that is the cutest schedule I ever saw. I'm surprised DM didn't think of it first:lmao:

Mine's boring. Just a table I did in Word.
I have schedules but they are pretty boring. I'm still working on them actually. I am trying to make my schedules more detailed, at least as much as I can.

Well, fine! Don't invite me along! :snooty: J/K! I haven't been to Howe Caverns since I was a kid. Since then I've gotten weird and the thought of being so far underground makes me a bit panicky. :scared: Yes, I have issues! :rotfl:
Oops! I didn't invite Wendy either. I guess you all are so close to me that we could meet up any old time, eh? Halfway, let's meet at McDonald's in LaFayette! :lmao:

Very cool:thumbsup2

Here it is. All meals are the same except I'm now at LeCellier on 6/26 @ 6:30.
I got the schedules done but you might want to look at them just in case. Also, for 6/26 I put in Le Cellier but you have Chef Mickey's and Spoodles down for that day too and I didn't know which one you were replacing as you haven't given any times for your ADRs...:confused3

We picked Mid June because of when the kids get out of school , Their last day is June 14th. We are leaving June 16th. When my oldest was younger,we would always go off season and loved it. The crowds were low, weather perfect. As he got older, he doesnt like to miss school. He said there is way too much work to make up, and he hates it. Hes in middle school, when he misses a day for being sick, he complains about that make up homework as well.:confused3

Any of you take the old fashioned camera's, where you have to take the film to be developed???:confused3 ;)

We take a digital camera, but we also bring those disposable cameras as well. Walgreens had a sale on them, 2 for $5. Each one has 27 pictures on it. I give the older kids one, so they can feel free take pics of what they want.

I should have mentioned this earlier, but I have a great excel planning sheet I got off these boards a few years ago. I can't figure out how to link it up through here, so if anyone wants a copy, just shoot me an e-mail

No more "old fashioned" ones for us! I'm not sure about this time but we have taken waterproof disposables for when we go to the pool area. I really love getting right in the pool to take photos. So, I may grab one for the times we get to go to the pool.

Whenever I do use one of those, I always have a photo CD made when I get the pics developed.

Court great pictures!

We choose this time because our nephew gets out a few days prior to us leaving. We always go in July but this year since my sister has cut back on her teaching hours, we can go back in June like we use to do.

I'll have digital and disposable cameras with us. I prefer digital. My next camera which will be soon will be so much better than my current one. I'm getting one with a better optical zoom.

Thanks DM- I like my shirt too! That's actually the first time I've worn it... But yall don't be surprised if you're stalking me in WDW and I have it on--- Notice the color???? Close to being lime green!

We chose June 20-25 b/c I teach dancing--- Our recital isn't until June 16th. So, that gives us a few days to pack our things after such a big event... Yes, dance recitals are BIG events for dance teachers!!!!

Brittany- I love your schedules! They look great!!!! Amazing my dear!

CK - I don't know if you browse the Resort Picture of the Day thread but someone posted a couple of pics of Il Mulino. I asked them if I could repost them here for you to look at and they said sure! So here you go...

Robert Moses is about 20 minutes past Jones Beach. It seems prettier to me.

I had to delete a bunch of details and make a mental note as it overwhelms DH;)

Whoops. CM is still on for breakfast. Spoodles for dinner is cancelled and replaced with LeCellier.

Thank you. This is my top pic for our April trip as we are not doing the dining plan next time.

Okay, I've heard of Jones Beach. Now where is that? And don't tell me next to another beach! :lmao: Long Island? I'm too lazy to look it up.

The only details that I am putting in is things that we are definitely doing. Then, I placed items that we may want to see (entertainment) along with their scheduled times. MGM seems to be the hardest for us as most of the shows have specific times so we really have to coordinate things. We have already decided to split up - Rob takes the boys to Lights, Motor... while I take Brooke to Playhouse Disney. There is no way we could get very detailed in our planning because of the kids. We need to make sure there are no meltdowns...hopefully.

Okey dokey! :thumbsup2

Hey! That was for Laura! :rotfl2: But you're welcome.

We are splitting up too. I'm taking DS14 alone to MGM on Sunday while the rest have sleepin & have a late breakfast at Spoodles and I'm only taking DD11 & DS10 to MK EMH then CM for breakfast. We did this the last trip and it worked out great.

Last year my AP wasn't working, so I left DH @ SSR with the kids so I could get to a park it. The first bus that pulled up was MK. I asked the driver the time...2:50:idea:

I went alone into MK watched the parade, did some shopping and got a Dole Whip then made my way very slowly out of the park to guest relations. It was so nice not to be rushed.

Thanks! I did it all on the computer, in Excel. It was fun! And meeting at the LaFayette McD's sounds tres fabulous! :rotfl2:

Aw, thanks!

I love sneaking away to a park for a few hours by myself! I've been able to do it a few times. I usually go to MGM while DH & DD swim at the resort 'cause neither of them will ride TOT or RNR, so I just go do those rides and then browse the shops & enjoy the atmosphere.
