Good morning fellow DIS Stalkers. Happy Saturday. What's everyone doing today? We have 3 boys that spent the night last night who were up until 3 am. So they will hopefully be sleeping late, then we have a ballgame at 1:30. Still undefeated! Go Wildcats! Hopefully the late night won't have them too lazy today. Man will I be in the doghouse if they have their first loss after I have let the catcher, 2nd baseman, shortstop and pitcher stay up all night.:scared1: I think I'll let them sleep in til about 10 or 11 so they should be OK. Let's hope. Have a great day everyone!:wizard:

I'm sure by now they are up and out of the house playing in the yard! Right?! ;) Little boys are non-stop energy!! Good luck, Wildcats!

I'm going to New Orleans JazzFest today!!!!
www.nojazzfest.com/

Going for free with suite access-- free food and drinks all day!!! Wahoo!!!!

Seeing John Mayer tonight.

Yall have a WONDERFUL Saturday!!!

Sounds like lots of fun, Courtney! And the suite access IS sweet! :goodvibes that means clean bathroom, right?! lol (my life revolves around access to clean bathrooms!)

I went to Baltimore's Inner Harbour for a day. It was very lovely. We also took the boys to the National Aquarium but I think they were too young at the time (1 & 3) so they didn't appreciate it.

Phillips Crab House is great! Whenever we went to Ocean City, Maryland, we would get crab cakes as takeout. Totally yummo!

Glad you had a busy, interesting, educating, and fun time!

Inner Harbor is on our list for one of our next long weekend type trips. We loved Boston at Eastertime and thought we'd try for Baltimore next time!

Today we have lovely weather and Bob is going to assemble our new grill after he & Dana return from her horseback riding lesson. The landscapers are outside pulling up the sod on one side of the pool that never really "took" and are going to put down good topsoil and seed it. Hopefully this will "take" and their work will be finished before the pool is opened on May 16. Dana has a huge project due on Monday, so I think I will be stuck inside at the computer "helping"! lol

Everyone enjoy your day!!:cool2:

It does sound like you had a fabulous trip!!!! Nonstop, huh???? I bet you are exhausted- I hope you got some much needed rest last night.

PS- Were the crabcakes good? I love crabcakes!

I did get some REALLY good sleep last night!!

The crabcakes were wonderful!! People laughed at me becuase I also got crabcakes for lunch at Williamsburg...they weren't as good as the ones at Phillips but they were still very tasty!

Our kids were old enough and really enjoyed it a lot, some more than others of course. My DD loved the Dolphin Show!! At the beginning where they have that huge sting ray exhibit all anyone could talk about was Steve Irwin :sad1:

I looked at your schedule too and the only day that we might possibly be in the same park is the 29th...our plans are not set in stone and when that happens we usually end up at MK :). So if we are there that day I'll keep my eye out for you!

WOO HOO!!!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:
Just noticed I made it to "DIS VETERAN" status!!!

WOO HOO!!!! :cool1: :cool1:

Congrats!! That makes at least 3 of us who have become veterans on this thread...you, Courtney & me. There may be others that I can't remember.

Oh, I meant to comment on my Baggallini messenger bag in my post about the trip...I wasn't sure how much I would like it since I am pooh sized and the strap goes across your chest...Well, I loved it!!!! You can put so much stuff in it and you don't have to worry with it falling off of your shoulder. So if any of you are consdering it for your trip I highly recommend it after using constantly for a week!!

Rob & I are going to a wedding reception tonight. Yes, we are skipping the ceremony due to baby sitter timing  . It's at the Doubletree Hotel in East Syracuse. I am looking forward to this reception as it is Rob's side of the family and that side is really fun at get-togethers. Add that to an open bar and :woohoo: . Also, his cousin is marrying a girl from Brazil and some of her family will be up here.

Now, just between all you and me, Regina (that's the bride's name) is a very nice person but I thought it was odd at her bridal shower in what she wore. She had on a pair of tight black pants and a black blouse that showed her mid-drift. The pants were so tight that...hmm...I'm not sure how to put this nicely but for any of you who know what camel toe means, well, that sums it up. :lmao: A little shocking for a bridal shower. Can't wait to see her wedding gown! It's always interesting meeting people from another country.

I will try to get some pictures of Rob & I looking fancy schmancy and get that updated pic up on this thread.

Have you ever been to WDW with all the Brazillian tour groups? There's Reginas running around all over the place:banana:

I had to share the news with ya guys. All my grades came in today for this semester and for the first time since I started college I made Deans List. I only had 13 hours but I haven't done this good since school started.
I still don't get how I got an A in Anatomy and Physiology. I think she didn't count on our final.
good job ,Mandy. You must have done some hard studing, I believe it is because you are that smart. Keep up the great work.

I got a 64 and 69 on both tests. I should have a d in the class but case studies, I had a perfect a and lab I had a 294 out of 300. I think she passed us just to get us out of there. :rotfl:

well, if you take your test scores and add them to your a and the lab score then divide them you get the average, which would then be your grade. But most teachers will go by how well you do in class then by your test scores, and with lab scores you have you only miss 6 out of 300.

I never understood the teacher. She's old enough you can't understand her and she needs to retire. I skipped most of the classes towards end of the semester.

Goodness yes! On our honeymoon we ran into the Brazilian tour groups from heck a bunch of times. Rob just loved it at BB where all the girls were taking their bikini bottoms, twisting them up the back, and shoving them right up their butt cheeks. I, on the other hand, did not like this. :rotfl2:
