disembarkation help - dealing with luggage

On our disembarkation day, we plan on using that day to either head to Epic or Volcano bay. Our flight is around 9pm. So nice way to end our 3night Wish Sailing.

Initial thought was Uber it but than the idea of what to do with these big luggages.

Upon research doesn't look like the theme parks have suitable sized lockers for us.
Also, Can't goto airport to check-in luggage at 8.30an since only 4hrs prior is limit for luggage checkin.

Only option I see is a 1-way car rental, Pickup at a port canaveral and same day return at MCO around 7pm. This way our luggage can stay put in the car. Around $150ish.

Any other ideas I might be missing for this? I can't be only person with this scenario?

If you can get your Uber driver to make a second stop there is luggage storage at the Airport.

How much is the Uber to Universal and back to MCO that has to close to car rental?

My family does a one-way rental when we have a late flight home after a cruise. Not only does that take care of luggage, but it allows us to make whatever stops we want, without the need for advance planning or waiting around for a driver. We can also keep an eye on traffic reports to know when to head to the airport.
