So here's a question for today?

What are some foods are you looking forward to at Disney?

I'm looking forward to a Cherry Kaki Gori, Strawberry Soup, Mickey Waffles, Fried Chicken from Hoop and Primetime, the delicious cinnamon rolls from Norway bakery, the caramel apples, frozen cokes.

School bread from Kringla Bakery, funnel cakes, and last but not least DOLE WHIP FLOATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rob & I went out tonite just the 2 of us to dinner for his 40th birthday. We haven't gone out alone in a long time. Rob wanted to go to Texas Road House since we've never tried it before. He got chicken & ribs which I did try the ribs. They were very "fall off the bone" good.

I started out with a coconut margarita. Do I hear ya'll saying YUMMO? I then ordered a $24.99 filet. I ordered it medium and made a comment that I really like it pink inside. It came back well done. So they cooked up a new one that came out chargrilled on the outside and totally raw on the inside. I was very nice through this whole thing and the manager came over, took my filet and said she would personally watch the cook get it up to medium. The cook almost succeeded but there was no way in heck I was going to send it back again. The manager took my meal off the bill. Woohoo...free meal! I told Rob that I guess I picked the right one. It did taste good. I ate half of it and have the rest saved for tomorrow.

And that is my dining review for tonite. Thank you all.

My friend DM-olic--- What a bummer that your steak had so much trouble getting to your mouth and tummy! But at least you did get it free!

Ryan and I LOVED TR... We literally went there EVERY Friday night for 4 months. EVERY Friday night. The bread was divine!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my-- And the peanuts! YUMMO!!!!! But we finally got burnt out and haven't been in a while. We always got the steak too. But finally got sick of them being too fatty, or not cooked the correct way. But I still dream about the bread!

Humm... Can I say everything???? Can I say everything b/c I won't be eating salad everyday for lunch?????

I'm looking forward to 50's pot roast; to Le Cellier's steak; to DOLE WHIPS!!!!!!!!!!!! And to french fries nearly every day for lunch!!!!! Did I mention that french fries are my FAVORITE food????????? I love them!

I've never had a dole whip

Me, either! Since last year was my first trip to the world since 1997, I had never heard of them until I found DIS while planning this trip. I WILL be hunting them down this trip, after all the hype! The main thing I am looking forward to is being able to eat anything with no guilt!! And Coke! I want to lose about 15 more pounds by then, so every bite of forbidden food makes me feel guilty. Of course... today I am guilty enough to last a week! I knew I should have thrown out those PB cookies!

I'm going to start walking once school lets out. One for Disney and two cause I'm nutty and I'm taking tennis in the fall and I need to get my booty in shape. If I can get in shape than I can avoid the creepy elevators on campus.
