Is it true that there are a few "disconnected" FASTPASS attractions? I read on the ridemax page that StarTours was one and that there are a few more. By "disconnected" I mean that the Fastpass system for that particular ride is not connected to the park-wide fastpass system. Any insight would be wonderful for DL or WDW. I'll be at WDW Aug 17-22 and DL Aug 30- Sept 4.

This is only a rumor that I've heard but I think that the Lights Motors Action show at MGM is that way too.

Star Tours is Disconnected at DL. The only one purposely disconnected at WDW at the moment is the LMA stunt show.

What does "disconnected from the system" mean. Does that mean you can't get a fast pass for that attraction or that you can but since it is disconnected that you can immediately get another fast pass for another attraction?

If a fastpass machine is "disconnected" or "off line" the fastpasses should not have a "time for next fastpass" printed.

Usually the Lights Motors fastpass does have a next fastpass time printed on it and that time is the same as on your previous fastpass if you got one for a different ride just a little while ago (can be as little as about 5 minutes ago).
