Last Thursday the 21 Samantha twin B had to go to the emergency to have a wad of paper removed fro her left nostril. She was sent home with a Rx for antibiotics. Ok now on to Emily Twin A Who around 6:00 on sat night fell off Megan bunk bed latter and hurt her arm. So off to the ER for Emily and I Paul and the other two girls stayed home. They x rayed her lower arm because that's where she keep pointing it hurt. So 3 hours latter we leave the hospital with pain Rx and her arm in a sling and told to follow with our family Dr. Wed I take her for her follow up and Sam for her nose. And Sam checks out good. But Emily still doesn't want to move her arm so they send us to get x rays. I get the results over the phone about an hour later her humorous is broken the upper arm bone. So after Paul gets off work I drop him and the girls off at home and head to the hospital to get a splint on her arm. Now we wait till Monday morning to go to the ortho to have it looked at and cast. That's if is doesn't require surgery yep my baby could need surgery to fix her arm. Needless to say I am a wreck. :headache: I forgot to mention on Monday Megan got kicked in the face by someone jumping off the swing at school. She didn't have to go to the ER thank god I was afraid they were going to call CPS on me if I took one more kid to the ER. I guess in my house Trips to the ER happens in threes. Thanks for letting me share.

:scared: Sounds like a fun week- NOT!! Oh I hope there will be no surgery involved how scary. You know when I brought ds in for his 4 year check up he had something in his ear- the dr. thought maybe it was a cyst, but nope it was just a piece of foam he stuck in there- I guess for safe keeping-:rotfl2: Those kids- I don't know what they are thinking when they put stuff in places it doesn't belong :headache:
Hope next week is better!! :flower3:

So sorry you had a bad week! Lily broke her arm last summer just before she turned 2. It was traumatic! Hopefully she doesn't have to have surgery. Luke also broke his arm about a year ago--his upper arm. He had to go to ortho but fortunately they said he was lucky, he would not have to have surgery. Wishing you the same verdict!

on to the weight loss--somehow, despite a bag of cadbury mini eggs (thanks a lot everyone, obviously I have very little willpower!) I lost 3 Pounds!!! I'm sure it is just because I was sick and didn't eat anything for a day, but it is a good jump start. Now I must get back on my exercise bike!

ER said is wasnt broken.. next morning CPS was at my door saying it was broken. Back to the ER with him and the CPS worker was at our house for 3 hours:headache:

I know how that goes. When DD was between 18 mos and 2 years I thought for sure that they were going to end up taking DD away from me. She went to the ER for having a chair fall on her, swallowing a hand full of pills :scared1: (I thought that one was going to kill me), falling off of bleachers and hitting her head on the pavement and she hit her lip at daycare. Luckily she made it to her second birthday and finally learned her balance.

Mommyof3princesses, I hope your little one doesn't need surgery. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers. Poor baby. That's not a fun place to hurt, I fractured the radial head in my arm when I was preggers, that hurt like crazy and it wasn't completely broken, just cracked.

Teresa, I'm going to start on the flex programs while I try to whittle away at my sugar issues, and then I'm thinking about going to core. I have a soda issue, I don't do coffee, I'm down to one soda a day but I'm having a tough time giving that up. I'm going to have to just bite the bullet and learn to like diet soda. I bought a bunch of WW snacks at the meeting yesterday and I have to say the sweet and salty bar is the best, it tastes just like a payday without the chocolate.

I've been busy this morning. I had to get up and get out Pirate & Princess Party tickets, then I got us in at Cindy's for dinner that night, I wasn't even planning on going there but Delaney will flip. I got our plane tickets before they went up again. Then I had to get Delaney to gymnastics and I got in 23 minutes of walking while she was in class. I just ordered a set of Giselle sheets and an extra pillow case. Delaney sleeps under a quilt without a sheet so I'll use the flat sheet and the second pillow case for fabric to make her an outfit.

DH had an emergency at work that started at 6 am Thursday morning and he didn't manage to roll into the house until 5 this morning. He's finally awake and we're all going to head out for a bit of time together. I have to find something for a 50th birthday party for a friend. I have no idea what to get him.

On the inspiration from the weight loss ladies I have joined Weight Watcher's. I hope that I can atleast lose 30 lbs before we go to WDW in May. I have also bought an exercise bike. That once it is out of the box I intend on using everyday.

Cool (or Rad! as the case may be)! Welcome to the club! I'd love to lose 30lbs in 9 or 10 weeks, but I can't see that happening! I never lose weight that fast. I'll just be happy if I lose 30lbs in 6 months!

All you ladies are doing great..I, unfortunately have really fallen off the weight watchers wagon and have been having a hard time getting back on the wagon! Today has been a good day so far, so hopefully I can keep it up and have some good news to report next week. I would like to lose about 30 lbs before our trip in June...well, actually, I will be happy if I just lose 20 lbs by June!

I think ia m going to do the flex program..how hard is it doing the core program?

I am so sorry to hear about your tough time! I hope everything is okay with no surgery needed! Prayers and thoughts and hugs:hug: for you and your family!

I wanted to say WAY TO GO GIRLS! on everyone's weight loss! Keep up the good work! I still have all of my WW stuff from last time that I have been looking through! I think I may start out trying it again on my own, since I seem to be doing okay right now! We shall see! I just can't find my info on the activity points!:headache: Where oh where do I put things????

Oh My goodness...you poor thing. You've been through quite something with the three princesses. Those are the weeks, when we pine for our singe, child free life. :rotfl: I hope they all get better soon, and :grouphug: to you.
I also had to visit the ER with mine, but it was a raisin...:headache:

Aww thank you everyone I needed some reassurance that I am not a horrible parent and these things happen to other parents as well. I seriously thought they were going to call cps. I completely forgot to mention on Tuesday Sammie fell and smacked her on her bed rails. Not a full black eye but a nice red mark in the outer corner could you just picture me in the ER for that after taking Emily for her arm. I need to put the fabric projects aside and wrap my kids in bubble wrap outfits. I wonder if I could find a pattern for that:rotfl2: :rotfl: . Thanks everyone. I will let you all know how Monday goes. Keep your fingers crossed. With all you that's a lot of luck and boy do I need it.:grouphug: :flower3: To all.

Those Cadbury mini eggs just can't be resisted. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: GREAT JOB on losing 3lbs!!!!!!   WOW!!!!

I can't stress enough how much more I like the core program than the flex. I've always done the flex before and it's a great program. But, it leaves me feeling hungry a lot. With core, you can eat until you're satisfied, so you're never hungry!! You can eat pretty much any meat (as long as it's a lean cut), whole wheat pasta, brown rice, any veggie (even avacados), any fruit, oatmeal, diet drinks, and tons of other stuff! Plus, you get 35 points/week to spend on stuff that's not on the core menu, like candy!

We have all been there! Tessa has been to the ER twice for stitches (the 2nd time they used glue). My mom just commented yesterday that she hopes Sawyer doesn't have a doctor's appointment anytime soon. He has got so many bruises from falling off of stuff that it looks like we beat him on a regular basis! :scared1:

Sawyer also thinks it's funny to stick food up his nose. The other day, I wasn't paying attention as we were eating and he shoved some black beans up there. Luckily, he will blow his nose, so most of them came out that way. Then, he started sneezing and the rest came out. EW!! But, I was glad we didn't have to make a trip to the ER.

Ok so I think I am going to make some jammies for Georgia when this comes! I have never seen it before. Doesn't it look like a future nightgown?
th_princessflannel.jpg

I LOVE that fabric!

 I love you!

Aww, thanks, you know I needed that today. But, I hadn't cried at all, before I read that!

Oh, what a week! I'm sorry it's been a rough one for you. I sure hope no surgery is needed.

Core is easy. Try it for a week, if you don't like it, switch back to Flex. I like Core, because with my 21 points, I am still hungry! With core, you can eat until you are satisfied, not when you run out of points. And, it's healthier eating too.

Hss anyone come across any dr suess/cat and the hat fabric at joanns or walmart?

Oh, I know just how you feel!! I've always used our dining room table for my scrapbooking and sewing. I showed this sewing table to DH and he bought it for me for my birthday. I spent a large part of last weekend sorting through and organizing my stashes and getting it all set up. I love it!

http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=1984564

ooh that is nice :D Wow I can't believe how inexpensive stuff is over there. Sewing cabinets like that start at $700 here and go up to well over $1500. Mine is 2nd hand and I paid $277 for it - the newest version of this one currently sells for $1449. :) I'm lucky to get it so cheap as she didn't list it well imo she should have called it a horn sewing cabinet as it was by fluke that I saw it (after losing another table that went for $410 - the same as this but white)

here is mine - pics taken straight from auction so not my mess :) lol
