I HAVE 400 PTS. FROM HOME RESORT SSR. 200 CURRENT AND 200 BANKED. I'M WONDERING IF I'M BETTER TRYING TO LIST ON HERE OR JUST LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT WORKS OTHER THAN JUST MAKING THE RESERVATIONS FOR PEOPLE. IS IT WORTH WHAT I'D EARN TO LEARN? THANKS FOR YOUR THOUGHTS!

Basically, that's it in a nutshell. You reach an agreement on price and hopefully have the terms and conditions in writing. Then you make a reservation in the renters name. If the renter wants to add the dining plan or magical express, you'll need to do that for them.

After the reservation is made, you forward a copy of the room confirmation to the renter.

My husband rented our points using the Disboards and it worked out great!
I handled the emails once they stared coming in and there were a lot! If you
don't have time to be emailing, then it might not be for you.
We were very pleased with our two renters and would def. use the Disboards
to rent again.
