jenfur - please feel free to write to me - I would very much like to hear what has made you resort to putting a frowny face on the DIS and try to help correct it
legs22 - I would like to personally apologize for any problems you experienced with getting a quote - again if you email me I would like to look into it and see where we might have 'dropped the ball' on your request
KellyJ - thanks for the great advise. Yes, by all means if you are unhappy with your agent in any way let us know. We know from experience that not every agent and every client will 'click' the way we hope. So if it's not clicking with your agent we will do our best to address the issues
ga9497 - yes you can request the same agent - but sometimes that agent is no longer taking clients due to workload or other commitments. We will always try to make sure you get the same agent every time but sometimes this just doesn't work out
