Pineapple salsa:
I am very anti-measuring on this one because it really is to taste..
One can of pineapple chunks, drained of most juice-cut small
between a 1/2-1 TBS jalepeno peppers ( i use the pre sliced)..minced finely
about a TBS of cilantro leaves (chopped)
a dash of salt and pepper..
thats it! super easy..its very good on chicken and fish, and now that i think of it it would probably be good on some sort of lean red meat fajita as well
