This was always going to come amount since numbers of people using the GAC was increasing year on year.

Personally I think the new system is fair and sensible. The article you posted is not a fair representation of the new system, I feel...

Am going to be using the old GAC for start of my hol and new DAS system for rest of hol so will post up how the two compare... watch this space!
