I'll be "back" to the gym on Monday. I've been paying for many months now and couldn't tell you the last time I was there. I've scheduled time on Monday to get back to working out,
My DH was also recently diagnosed with Type II diabetes, so this will definitely benefit the both of us.

My goal is to lose 35 pounds. I am going to try Weight Watchers this time although I was very tempted to try the Atkins diet. I am hoping that the weight loss won't be slower by opting for the Weight Watchers plan. I dread the thought of counting points!
