That is soooo awsome! CONGRATS! I stayed the same this week, but I'm okay with that cause it is better then gaining in my mind. I've noticed that I've been snacking A LOT lately. Gotta stop that. I wanted to go work out yesterday but couldnt, after staying up till 2am the night before it was impossible to get at 5:55am. :sad2: This next week is a new week. :woohoo: I hope everyone had a good week! :grouphug:

Michelle, we knew you could do it! Congrats! I am sure there will be more to come for you.

I stayed the same this week. I really need to try harder. I know i can do better than I am. Alot better.

Well I lost 2lbs this week which is the most I have lost at one time.

It's funny because Sunday I was sitting at the computer and twisting a ring around my finger, that I haven't been able to get off in a little over 2 years and it came off, I almost fell out of the chair (the indention in my finger will probably be there for months, like a badge of honor). :rotfl2: Of course I would rather see my pants fall down. :lmao: I can live with fat fingers, I want the belly and hips to come off. :teeth:

I guess since it's the 4th I will probably be bad today. You just have to have a burger or two on the 4th, so I will have to be really good tomorrow and the rest of the week. I know I will never win the challenge or even be in the top 3(because ya'll are so much better at this than I am and happy I am about that because ya'll have been so good about helping me :thumbsup2 ) but I want to be as close as possible .

Congrats Mac on 1.5 this week, sorry you lost your appetite though. Have you been feeling bad or is it was it just one of those weeks?
 
Congrats to you big losers! and I mean that in the nicest way.

Sorry I haven't been around much lately - I can't seem to get myself back into the weight loss groove. I dropped a lb this week but that is just the lb I gained back last week. I have not been trying very hard nor have I been excercising. I keep saying I will but I don't.

Now I am on nights so going to the gym Monday to Friday is not an option. I will have to get out on the bikes with the kids but it won't be as good as an hour going hard on the elliptical at the gym.

i have some friends that have fibromyalgia and it is tough for them. one gal has really bad days. does the exercising help you with the pain you have with it?

i know your struggling will pay off michelle. you are going to be so proud of yourself with your weight loss.

Everything is great on this end, except...

..I have been eating sooo much the past week! I just got done eating Panda Express chow mein. :sad2: I have not had a problem sticking to the eating....it was the exercising that I have a hard time sticking with. I am really unhappy with myself right now and I am afraid to weigh-in on Tues.

I am going to the gym an hour a day, 5 times a week like a used to before I got lazy. And sticking to my 22 points a day on WW.

I am so glad that you started this challenge Kat! I appreciate you so much! :sunny:

january, please don't think twice if you go off on a day and eat what pleases you.
we all do it, me included.

sometimes you have to ask yourself this, once i meet my goal since i have dieted and exercised faithfully, will i end up gaining weight back later?

what i do now is on one day each week, eat everything and anything i want to. not that it is unhealthy food but if i go to golden corral or panda express like you did, i tend to over eat. i no longer feel guilty when i do that.

i know if i restrict myself completely on this diet, i will meet my goal by sept 25 but i know i will gain back a good 10 pounds easily later. that is why i eat once a week whatever it is i want and do not count the calories at all.
this is the only way i will be able to keep my weight within a 4 pound range after goal time.

january, it is only one day you ate without consideration of calories.
we all do it.

the slower you lose the weight, the more likely you will keep it off for a long time.
