january, please don't think twice if you go off on a day and eat what pleases you.
we all do it, me included.
sometimes you have to ask yourself this, once i meet my goal since i have dieted and exercised faithfully, will i end up gaining weight back later?
what i do now is on one day each week, eat everything and anything i want to. not that it is unhealthy food but if i go to golden corral or panda express like you did, i tend to over eat. i no longer feel guilty when i do that.
i know if i restrict myself completely on this diet, i will meet my goal by sept 25 but i know i will gain back a good 10 pounds easily later. that is why i eat once a week whatever it is i want and do not count the calories at all.
this is the only way i will be able to keep my weight within a 4 pound range after goal time.
january, it is only one day you ate without consideration of calories.
we all do it.
the slower you lose the weight, the more likely you will keep it off for a long time.
