:yay: I have just weighed-in, and for the 3rd week running I have lost 1 lb. I am chuffed to have now reached my 'happy weight' (9st 10lbs), and I am now going to focus on losing at least another 3lbs to reach my 'holiday weight'

My target for next week is to STS as I'm away to Southampton for Becky's birthday, and no doubt there'll be one or two (though probably more) Cosmopolitans around ;)

I really now need to think about doing some exercise to help get rid of these final few pounds, but I really can't be bothered :rolleyes1

well. after a pretty poor weekend (my fb friends will know my beloved uncle was diagnosed with terminal cancer:sad1:) i have had a pretty poor week.
diet has been erratic, its hard not to eat and not to smoke, i was ok with one or the other, but struggling with both:guilty:
anyway, on my scales this am had lost 2lb, which im happy with after my week:confused3
weighed in on the CD scales today and i am only 3lb heavier than i was last may (i lost alot of weight after may due to my illness:rotfl:)
so have to lose 21 lbs in 20 weeks which i think is very do able....

sorry such along post.

So sorry about your uncle, your loss this week is terrific under the circumstances:hug:

At last - Ive got there! 3lbs off this weeks which is the 2lb gain I had last week :confused3 and the 1lb I needed to get me to my stone. :banana:

Only 7lbs to go and I'm pre baby weight - however, I never seem to able to lose this last 1/2 stone but will give it my best shot as WW certainly seems to be the diet suited to my lifestyle and I haven't really had to make many changes.

I've nipped on in a rush - as I was soooo excited - so will come back later to catch up on all your posts.

i have just eaten sooo much today, im giving up after the krispy kreme donuts, so will start the diet tomorrow.
i have to add that medically im supposed to follow a very low fat diet following my gall bladder removal in the summer. today i nearly blacked out whilst driving because of the pain caused by my stomach cramping (it does that when i eat fatty food but this was by far the worst pain i have experienced since having the op last summer). i had my son in the car, and screamed at him to talk to me until i could safely get the car off the road and he called dh.
it scared me (i was really struggling to stop myself from blacking out) and he was scared as he didnt know what to do... surfice to say, i wont be risking anything else by eating s***, thats me done. healthy eating from now on....
please remind me of that when i start pigging:sad2::scared1:

Oh Tracy, I'm so sorry!!! :hug: I know it's hard steering clear of food you know you shouldn't have even when they cause problems - especially as it's usually the comfort foods that make you feel better when life's tough... :sad2: It will get easier to avoid them and stick to the straight and narrow... I'm not looking forward to getting on the scales this week either, I haven't been particularly bad, I've just been soooo lethargic my exercise levels have plummeted.

This Friday will be my last weigh-in before I go away so the plan is to be as good as possible :angel: and hopefully slip under my goal weight so I can enjoy myself in Barbados - guilt-free!!! :goodvibes

thanks for the kind wishes fellow dieters:hug: i love my dis friends.
had a bad day, cramps are back, nearly blacked out again in class, going to see how today goes on a healthy diet and if im having probs tomorrow it ll be back to the doctors.
i know it sounds sad but im worried about my hols, whilst i can "control" what i eat at home, im going to be ltd on the ddp, and tbh, dont want to deprive myself whilst at wdw... everyone else thinks im mad worrying about that, but i know you ll all understand that my motivation for getting through the day at the moment is my holiday, and life is pretty poor at the mo round our end!:laughing:
i know i can do "low fat" but to add that to all my other allergies the staff are really going to struggle feeding me!!
anyway, just thought id pop on - goodluck to everyone with the WL this week, :wizard:

TBH my degree is in food science and nutrition, so there isnt alot that i dont know, i have read up about gall bladder surgery and the effects it can have about 1% of people continue to suffer following removal and it might appear that i am one of them.
my surgery was in july last year, gp keeps telling me to give it time, my body needds to adjust- but how long for??? i was ok when eating a really bad diet, put on 2 stone but ok:rotfl:, now im trying to lose weight the pain is back - explain that one???
im stcuk between a rock and a hard place, gp said stopping smoking would stop the pain (something to do with oxygen movement in the body-that one really did go completely over my head:rotfl2:) so i stopped, no improvement, in fact its probably worse, could be stress levels, i just dont know, the gp is at the stage she cant do anything else, i have had a camera stuck down my stomach, but that didnt give any answers either....
so if anyone has suggestions im listening;)

Little late in the day to be posting but starting night shift and this is the first chance I got. Lost 1lb this week, slow and steady it seems to be going down. I probably would have been better without the corned and potato pie my mother in law forced on me on saturday but who could say no to such a savoury treat.

Looks like I am the first to post this week, so good luck to all of you still to weigh.
