Little late in the day to be posting but starting night shift and this is the first chance I got. Lost 1lb this week, slow and steady it seems to be going down.

i am determined to be good this week ive not weighed in officially and ive put on a couple of pounds so my goal this week is to weigh in on wed night and minimise the damage ;)

I lost 3 1/2 lbs this week, my target was 2lb so i'm chuffed to bits!

I weighed in this morning and am rather annoyed that I only lost a pound, I have been trying so hard this week & have really upped my exercise. :mad: Anyway I will continue to be good & hope for a better loss next week.

I've STS this week. I'm not surprised as visits to the gym have been few and far between. Going to get back on track this week.

I'm dreading my weigh-in on Friday, especially as last weekend consisted of Cadbury's Roses, Thorntons Continental, birthday cake, Cosmos, orange VK's, 2 full english breakfasts, a TGI's meal and a Chinese takeaway. I have been good since we got back, but I will be mega-lucky to have STS this week :rolleyes:

I was intending to be a good girl :angel: this week but really wanted to eat my Secret Bunny choccies before going away so have been munching Thortons and Lindt like crazy!!! :blush: :headache: :rolleyes1 Where's the willpower when you need it??!! :laughing:
