Well done, hope you are having a lovely weekend awayI have just weighed-in, and for the 3rd week running I have lost 1 lb. I am chuffed to have now reached my 'happy weight' (9st 10lbs), and I am now going to focus on losing at least another 3lbs to reach my 'holiday weight'
My target for next week is to STS as I'm away to Southampton for Becky's birthday, and no doubt there'll be one or two (though probably more) Cosmopolitans around
I really now need to think about doing some exercise to help get rid of these final few pounds, but I really can't be bothered![]()

FantasticWeighed in this morning for my 1st week of maintaining!!! And I managed to STS, so all good!!!

So sorry about your uncle, your loss this week is terrific under the circumstanceswell. after a pretty poor weekend (my fb friends will know my beloved uncle was diagnosed with terminal cancer) i have had a pretty poor week.
diet has been erratic, its hard not to eat and not to smoke, i was ok with one or the other, but struggling with both
anyway, on my scales this am had lost 2lb, which im happy with after my week
weighed in on the CD scales today and i am only 3lb heavier than i was last may (i lost alot of weight after may due to my illness)
so have to lose 21 lbs in 20 weeks which i think is very do able....

At last - Ive got there! 3lbs off this weeks which is the 2lb gain I had last weekand the 1lb I needed to get me to my stone.
Only 7lbs to go and I'm pre baby weight - however, I never seem to able to lose this last 1/2 stone but will give it my best shot as WW certainly seems to be the diet suited to my lifestyle and I haven't really had to make many changes.
I've nipped on in a rush - as I was soooo excited - so will come back later to catch up on all your posts.

Only 1/2 lb off this week.....I thought I'd done well this week......will just need to try harder again next week I suppose
