Hi all, how does this thread work, do you state current weight and target weight or post weight lost etc ?

I started a 'new lifestyle' a couple of weeks ago, and up till last wednesday (my weekly day to check the scales) had lost 10lb in my first two weeks. ( I do have a lot to lose !)

Rob

hi Rob, well done on your loss so far :thumbsup2

you can state your current weight and/or targets if you want, when you weigh in post your weekly loss here

good luck :)

well done Rob :thumbsup2
I just post what i have lost every week, i dont think i could post what i actually weigh on here!!! i probably will do when i get to goal :wizard:

Hi all

Back again, I missed last week as we were away down country with the foreigners (those Cheshire folks are just weird). So after a few days of excess (including a dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts) I started my diet again on Monday and have undone the damage to the degree that I am the same as I was 2 weeks ago, phew.

So no change this week but here's hoping for better this week.

So good luck to all here and congrats too.

Added my BMI to my ticker too as I want to attack that next.

I know, they were so good. It is the first time I have seen them over here, the last time I had one was 2002 in Atlanta. Oh the glazed are so good.

Welcome Rob! I do like this thread a lot, it's extra motivation in my head when I think about getting a 12 piece from KFC! I'd much rather be congratulated on here for another good result :thumbsup2
Steve, good to see that you've managed to balance things out again after a few fun weeks. I'm dreading the scales after I get back from Florida in October, but I know now that I have the strength to just get back on with it now :thumbsup2

Hello again everyone, as I mentioned in my 40th birthday thread I've been MIA for a few weeks what with the birthday celebrations, a girly weekend away and work but still trying to focus on my diet. Everyone is doing so well:banana:

Last Friday when I weighed in [after a slight gain with the afore mentioned hiccips:rolleyes1] I'm now 1.5lbs lighter than my original holiday weight target:cool1: Just 11 sleeps to go til we leave for WDW but that's two more weigh ins so hoping to maintain the weight I'm at just now at least!

Managed to get time to pull a few holiday clothes out of the wardrobe at the weekend and there are some things in there that are just too big for me :woohoo: I hit the shops and rectified that pretty smartish tho:rotfl2:

Good luck everyone with this weeks weigh ins :thumbsup2

Krispy Kremes are devil food :lmao:
we're getting a box on Saturday for lunch :rotfl:

I like your thinking regarding the shopping :thumbsup2

Well done fav_is_tink! I also need to get some new clothes, my pants are falling down whenever I walk around in work this morning!

I lost 3lb this week, which I'm really chuffed with. I only have 3 more lb to go until I've lost 2stone in total, and then just another stone to go until my target

Then I'll get 3 boxes of Krispy Kremes to celebrate!! :rotfl:

Good luck with your losses this week guys! xx

I've been trying to lose weight for goodness knows how long. I joined WW a couple of years ago...and did really well....until I got back with my ex (not my definate ex!) and it all piled back on.

I went back up to 13st 12lbs, and I'm currently 12st 12lbs. I've been doing the plan VERY loosely but I'm planning on starting up again today.

Hopefully it'll help that I've got a couple of things to lose weight for i.e. christening in early September, my final year at uni and then Disney in Sept '11.

I really struggle though to get motivated and once I slip up once...thats it. But, once I'm really into it, I get obsessive about it (nothing new there, as I have clinical OCD) and check my weight every day, sometimes two or three times, and so on. My Mom worries that the obsession is unhealthy and worries that it'll go too far but there's no need for her to. I love food too much! :lovestruc

I'm 5ft 6lbs, so I'd love to be around 9st 7lbs. I used to be this (when I was 16!) before I had to give up dancing because of my disability so it'd feel great to be there again :goodvibes

Good luck to everyone for the rest of this month and onwards! From what I've read, you've all done brilliantly so far so 'just keep swimming.....' :thumbsup2
