What fantastic results you guys are all having lately! If anything you're defying the odds, as summer = beer and eating out to me! With the World Cup starting next week, i'm going to have to be making a lot of 0 point soups in order to make sure I can have a few beers with the matches. Luckily, I've already learnt how to make 1 pint last me for 45 minutes, which is also quite beneficial for saving money towards my next Disney trip, and means less time fighting the crowds to the bar!! :rotfl:

Well done on the losses this week everyone.

I lost 0.5lbs this week which is what I was aiming for (11lbs loss overall in 4 weeks). Last week we had family staying for a few days, BIL/SIL visiting with kids and a meal out for my MIL's birthday on Sunday so I am amazed I lost at all (I actually suspected I would gain to be honest!!) But that 0.5lbs loss means that I got my 5% weight loss at weight watchers today. I am going to try really hard this week, I have already written down my food for the week and am aiming for a 2lb loss.

I lost another 1.5lb this week, so now lost 22lb in 10 weeks on weight watchers. I need to buy all new clothes for work, as I'm starting to look a bit like a clown!! :rotfl:
Might as well wait until I lose the final stone before I do though, as it's gonna cost a bomb to get all new nice shirts and pants. Oh well, rather clown pants than fat pants!
I think that might be my new mantra! :lmao:

Hullo,

I only weigh myself once a month so I don't get too upset!

My weightloss plan is 'normal' sized portions as opposed to the family size plate I used to enjoy and walking.

Am very lucky as alot of my friends are up for walking so we do a minimum of 3 miles 3 times a week which is manageable time wise and something we are all enjoying.

In May I lost 8lb which I was over the moon with!

I do indulge, I have one takeaway a week and one sweety night a week but so far it's all working for me. Fingers crossed June is just as successfull.

Hi all, how does this thread work, do you state current weight and target weight or post weight lost etc ?

I started a 'new lifestyle' a couple of weeks ago, and up till last wednesday (my weekly day to check the scales) had lost 10lb in my first two weeks. ( I do have a lot to lose !)
