Well i went down to boots for my weekly weigh in today and i have lost ...
5LBSwell chuffed really enjoying this diet i don't even feel like i am on a diet lol!

I've just spent time catching up with this thread but won't post replies individually, a great big WELL DONE to everyone & welcome to the new dieters.
I was dreading my post holiday & birthday weigh in this morning......however I was pleasantly surprised to find that i've only gained 2lbs.Not bad considering the amount of alcohol that I have consumed, let alone all the naughty food & birthday cake.
Hopefully i'll have that 2lb gone by next week.Good luck to everyone for the coming week.

Good luck for the next week
I haven't had the nerve to come here for a while as I have stayed the same for ages! I need to stop eating bread / cheese / chips and starting eating a bit of fruit and shift my fat backside occasionally.![]()
Sometimes it's hard to get motivated....I find doing some exercise first thing in the morning alot easer than waiting till I finish work....which by then I can't be bothered

Well done to everyone who has lost this week.
I lost 2 1/2lbs this week, so a total of 13 1/2 since I started weight watchers 7 weeks ago. I went to Alton Towers last weekend and I noticed I had lost weight as the restraint on Air went down another notch!!
I am hoping for at least 1/2lb next week (well actually hoping for 2lbs!) so that I have lost my 1st stone.

Well, tomorrow is Weight Watchers Wednesday and for the first time, I'm dreading it, I've had a bad week, so I'm praying I haven't put on....
