Well i went down to boots for my weekly weigh in today and i have lost ...

5LBS :cool1: well chuffed really enjoying this diet i don't even feel like i am on a diet lol! :lmao:

Good luck everyone :)

Well done, thats fab:banana:

I've just spent time catching up with this thread but won't post replies individually, a great big WELL DONE to everyone & welcome to the new dieters.

I was dreading my post holiday & birthday weigh in this morning......however I was pleasantly surprised to find that i've only gained 2lbs. :cool1: Not bad considering the amount of alcohol that I have consumed, let alone all the naughty food & birthday cake. ;)

Hopefully i'll have that 2lb gone by next week. :wizard: Good luck to everyone for the coming week. :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

Good luck for the next week

I haven't had the nerve to come here for a while as I have stayed the same for ages! I need to stop eating bread / cheese / chips and starting eating a bit of fruit and shift my fat backside occasionally.:lmao:

Sometimes it's hard to get motivated....I find doing some exercise first thing in the morning alot easer than waiting till I finish work....which by then I can't be bothered:rolleyes1

Well done to everyone who has lost this week.

I lost 2 1/2lbs this week, so a total of 13 1/2 since I started weight watchers 7 weeks ago. I went to Alton Towers last weekend and I noticed I had lost weight as the restraint on Air went down another notch!!

I am hoping for at least 1/2lb next week (well actually hoping for 2lbs!) so that I have lost my 1st stone.

Well done and good luck with the week ahead:cheer2:

Well, tomorrow is Weight Watchers Wednesday and for the first time, I'm dreading it, I've had a bad week, so I'm praying I haven't put on....:sad2:

Well Done! You're doing really well, and I'm glad that you're still going strong at 7 weeks! That shows a real commitment, so you should be really proud! :cool1:

I only weigh myself once a month and I still have 8 days to go but....

I was Wii-Fitting earlier and after 30 mins of step I decided to jog, I realised I had unlocked 'Island Lap' so I jogged for 10 mins, I was amazed at myself. Two months ago I tried a 2mins walk 1min jog then repeat 5 times routine and I could barely breathe and certainly didn't get to 5 repetitions so I am over the moon with my 10 mins!

Well done! Everyone needs to start somewhere, and it's amazing what you can build up to. I ran my first marathon last year after 9 months training, and at the beginning I LITERALLY couldn't do 5 minutes without nearly keeling over! :rotfl:
Good luck, and keep it going!

Well, I was dreading WWW......as I was sure I had put on......but to my total surprise I lost 1lb:cool1:

Now I need to stay on track this week, thanks for all your support

Sam x

Fabulous, it's brilliant when you're convinced you won't lose then do. Good luck for next week. XxX

Well done all you losers :cool1:

Final weigh in today before we leave tomorrow for WDW & I'm delighted to be 2 lbs under my original 'holiday' weight target:yay:

Total loss 1 st 4 lbs - well happy :woohoo:

I'll now be off to put a large proportion of that back on with good food and lots of lovely cocktails :rotfl2:

Good luck everyone for the remainder of June and I'll tune in again in July

Sorry, I'm going to update and run. I lost 1 and a half lbs yesterday.

Well done and good luck for next week:thumbsup2

Netty don't be afraid of the scales they are there to help :)

I went to Boots this morning for my 2nd weigh in and lost another 5lbs so thats 10lb in 2 weeks :goodvibes

Oh my goodness, some great weight loses here - can I join in and bask in your weight loss glory? :goodvibes:worship: Perhaps the big loses will rub off on me if I hang around long enough :woohoo::thumbsup2

I've lost 10 lbs in 5 weeks doing WW Online. I've been to so many classes I'm no longer 'scared' lol of the leaders so have decided to go it alone :surfweb:

The fear of the leaders wrath can indeed be a good incentive at first!! :rotfl2:

Welcome, and I wish you the best of luck!:thumbsup2

I lost 4 lb this week, so I'm now 1/2 a lb away from losing 30lb in total. :woohoo: Going to have a good week now hopefully, and get over that milestone next Monday! :) Less than a stone to go until I am in my healthy BMI, and so help me even if It only lasts for 10 minutes at the beginning of my holiday in October, I am going to have a six-pack for the first time in my life! :rotfl:

Good luck this week all. I hope you're all massive losers! :goodvibes
