Well done everyone - everyone seems to be doing so very well!!
I'm a little worried as in my first week i lost 5llbs and this week 5.25 llbs!!
Whilst this is great, i'm not too sure it's healthy to lose that quickly. I might be calculating my calories incorrectly, so if I lose a lot again next week, I'll up my daily allowance.
Good look for this week everyone!!!! I'm going to try and get on my bike this week!!!

now exactly what you mean about weighing outfits!!
oh and a bottle of rose wine... + 2 extra glasses on top..
now that I'm feeling less delicate, i need to work out how many points that all came to!!!
