Well done everyone - everyone seems to be doing so very well!!
I'm a little worried as in my first week i lost 5llbs and this week 5.25 llbs!!
Whilst this is great, i'm not too sure it's healthy to lose that quickly. I might be calculating my calories incorrectly, so if I lose a lot again next week, I'll up my daily allowance.
Good look for this week everyone!!!! I'm going to try and get on my bike this week!!!
