Well done everyone - everyone seems to be doing so very well!!

I'm a little worried as in my first week i lost 5llbs and this week 5.25 llbs!!:scared1:

Whilst this is great, i'm not too sure it's healthy to lose that quickly. I might be calculating my calories incorrectly, so if I lose a lot again next week, I'll up my daily allowance.

Good look for this week everyone!!!! I'm going to try and get on my bike this week!!!

I weighed in this morning and I have lost 4lbs, I am over the moon as had a bit of a blow out yesterday with Sunday dinner. This was my first week so I am aiming for around 2lbs/week from now.

Stayed the same this week which is great because I had a bad couple of days :thumbsup2

I'll try better this week :)
 
I've lost 4lb (the scales at the gym are in kilos so 2kgs).
Its always the way with me, do okay the first week followed by a pretty big loss the second after the old bod has got over the shock of starvation;)
I must admit though it's never been four and I am a bit concerned but I'm sure it's because I've upped the exercise.

Can I join in? I am 11st 2lbs and want to be 10st 2lbs. I lost it in spring last year but have merrily piled it all back on again.

I am on ww points plan, yesterday i had 30gms of porridge.. then I had nothing for the rest of the day, as I was saving myself for our meal out last night... I had olives with rustic bread and a balsamic dip for starters.. then cajun chicken strips,coloeslaw and salad and chips:cloud9: oh and a bottle of rose wine... + 2 extra glasses on top..:eek: now that I'm feeling less delicate, i need to work out how many points that all came to!!!

Way too many points to bother counting at this stage but at least you enjoyed them at the time :goodvibes

I can't take credit for that one it was Nat's idea but a damn good one :idea:
