I'm going to take a leaf out of your book Nat and loose about half a stone before we go to Florida in the summer so that I'll be in credit while we're there and the damage won't be too bad when get get home :rotfl:

Just been for my weigh in and was pleasantly surprised to lose 4lbs. Hopefully I'll make the 3 stone mark next week:thumbsup2

I want to lose around 25lbs and this looks like a good place to get the support to do it.

I am weighing in on Mondays so wish me well and the good work to those of you who have already started.

I have weighed in on the Wii this week and have lost 1lb since starting the diet. The bad news is I had put on 6lbs since last July or whenever I last was on the Wii Fit. So now I have another 5lbs to lose to get back to where I was last July, and then another 7 lbs to reach my initial target. Did my Wii Fit half hour and am looking forward to the weather improving so I get out for a walk on my days off.
well done on 1lb, I cant wait either to get out and start a walking regime :)

I put on a couple of lbs over Christmas but lost them again and I'm still at goal weight (I even managed to weigh in wearing "normal" clothes rather than the "just enough so as not to get arrested" outfits I'd been wearing for weigh ins up until now) I've finished my 3 weeks maintenance and will proudly collect my gold card next week.

I am on ww points plan, yesterday i had 30gms of porridge.. then I had nothing for the rest of the day, as I was saving myself for our meal out last night... I had olives with rustic bread and a balsamic dip for starters.. then cajun chicken strips,coloeslaw and salad and chips:cloud9: oh and a bottle of rose wine... + 2 extra glasses on top..:eek: now that I'm feeling less delicate, i need to work out how many points that all came to!!!

Sorry guys I've been really rubbish at posting on this thread & keeping up with everyone's losses. You are all doing so well :worship: & have given me some inspiration. :thumbsup2

I haven't been weighed since before Christmas and have been feeling really fed up lately & not very motivated but started properly again this morning. I have 19 weigh in's until my holiday & want to lose as much as possible. I will definately be weighing in this Wednesday (even if it snows again then I will ski there. :lmao: )

I don't have the motivation to hit the gym at the mo so have decided to try an alternative as I 'd like to lose at least 1lb per week over the next couple of months - just hope the weather is kind... :rolleyes1

Whilst this is great, i'm not too sure it's healthy to lose that quickly. I might be calculating my calories incorrectly, so if I lose a lot again next week, I'll up my daily allowance.
