
Aww Rachel I understand how you feel, this is why I gave up the last time and I really regret it, so don't give up.
Do you think you're at the point now where you're putting on a bit of muscle? Muscle is heavier so you might be toning up but your shape will still improve and you will go on to lose again I think your body is just settling into it's new metabolism. I fully expect to have weeks like this very soon.
I went to the gym today with my friend who is a total high impact aerobics queen, I asked her what she does when they go to Spain for the whole summer and she answered nothing and she actually said she loses weight because she loses muscle tone.
I really noticed that my gym session is easier, less tiring and I don't get as hungry since I've switched to one poached egg on one wholemeal toast for breakkie instead of special K or toast. I find trying to vary the food often kick starts things again, if you're in a rut try new meals and see if it works.
