I am pleased to be able to announce a 2lb weight loss since last week:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

that brings me a total weight loss of 3lbs this month so far ... so I am really pleased as I want to do it slowly so that it stays off. My BMI is also now below 27 which is really good.

Lost 3lbs - 11lbs to go!

I feel good today - yesterday and the day before I was simply ravenous. Your body really does feel good after the sugar begins to get out of your system.

Looks like every one is fired up and motivated for the new year :thumbsup2

I completed my 3 weeks of maintenance and yesterday I collected my shiny new WW GOLD card :dance3::dance3: It's got pride of place in my wallet.

You guys that still have some weight to loose, stick with it and don't give up. Celebrate the successes and if you have a bad week just put it behind you and carry on.

I know the weight loss will slow down significantly from here, but am aiming for 1lb per week so hopefully I can reach my target (and a bit extra) for Easter... :thumbsup2

I am slightly confused this week I have done so much exercise and followed my eating plan to the letter,so was very disapointed to find out I STS this week,feel really fed up. Does any body have any suggestions ?? feel like giving up as I worked Soo hard :confused3

:hug: Aww Rachel I understand how you feel, this is why I gave up the last time and I really regret it, so don't give up.

Do you think you're at the point now where you're putting on a bit of muscle? Muscle is heavier so you might be toning up but your shape will still improve and you will go on to lose again I think your body is just settling into it's new metabolism. I fully expect to have weeks like this very soon.

I went to the gym today with my friend who is a total high impact aerobics queen, I asked her what she does when they go to Spain for the whole summer and she answered nothing and she actually said she loses weight because she loses muscle tone.

I really noticed that my gym session is easier, less tiring and I don't get as hungry since I've switched to one poached egg on one wholemeal toast for breakkie instead of special K or toast. I find trying to vary the food often kick starts things again, if you're in a rut try new meals and see if it works.

Good luck hun and don't give up, STS is better than putting on ::yes::

DH managed to calm me down and make me see sense, poor man had to cope with a cross rather hysterical woman stood on the scales in the middle of boots :blush:

I am already a stone lighter than this time last year so will keep going and try a few new things including eating breakfast as i m always skipping it
