Thanks Nat, :hug: it's really getting me down TBH. Thought I was improving yesterday but I slept badly and am coughing like crazy again - dull... :sad2:

Hi everyone, I ve been brave and weighed in after christmas and I have put on 3lbs oops, back on track now though and have started walking again did 6 miles in the snow today. Im following slimming world again so hopefully will get back on track.

3lbs is okay for the Christmas season Rachel, after all it's generally not only a time of indulgence, it's also a time of inactivity.

Walking in snow will really help, it really increases the resistance doesn't it:thumbsup2

Had my first weigh in today and I've lost 2.5lbs. Really pleased as I've never done WW before and I've found it really easy and even had a Chicken Chow Mein last night!

Feel really positive - not sure how long that will last! :rotfl:

I was so determined to lose it I even brought some scan brans - yuk!!! what weirdo decided to put cardboard in a wrapper and sell it :lmao:

doh...forgot to add that I didnt make my ww meeting on Friday morning, I am thinking though of doing ww online instead, but I dont know how disciplined I would be on that though

Just off the start planning the supermarket shop as I always have special K for breakfast but the girls have started having it and love it. Typical - a cupboard full of thei cereal and nothing left for me! :rotfl:

Just got back from the supermarket and loads of WW products were on offer. Got a couple of shepherds pies to take to work next week for lunch. Also some nice deserts. I don't usually have a desert but this week I've had loads of points to use up so this will be a nice treat.

Having Chicken Fajitas tonight which I've worked out to be a low point supper and it's my favourite. I'll just not have add loads of cheese!!

DH bought me an ipod for Christmas and an arm band for it so I can go running. However - with the weather......... am I the only one wanting it to snow again next week! :rotfl:

Hi - I've lost 5 llbs this week!!!

I always do well on the first week (I think its water).... I'm hoping to lose 2 llbs a week so that i'll be in my ideal weight range for the GF in August!!! (Boy, that's a lot of weight!!!!0

Well done to all for a good positive start!

When I started in September I had over 6 stone to lose. It seems like such a huge mountain to climb, but I've found that I keep motivated if I set myself small goals.

Well I weigh in tomorrow but don't hold out much hope ... the bad weather has been a bad influence and I haven't felt like going out. Thinking of trying Slimfast diet for a couple of weeks to give me a kick start ... has anyone ever done this one?
