I had my weigh in this morning and i put on 2lbs. Not too bad!! x

I have around 5stone to loose, am going to ww on weds night 6pm! Please can I join too? I think my target is the largest but want to loose at least 3 stone by October for my next trip!

Hi - I've lost 5 llbs this week!!!

I always do well on the first week (I think its water).... I'm hoping to lose 2 llbs a week so that i'll be in my ideal weight range for the GF in August!!! (Boy, that's a lot of weight!!!!0

Well I weigh in tomorrow but don't hold out much hope ... the bad weather has been a bad influence and I haven't felt like going out. Thinking of trying Slimfast diet for a couple of weeks to give me a kick start ... has anyone ever done this one?

I decided to do it this morning. I couldn't bear not knowing so just plonked myself on the scales- 1st time since Dec 18th.. Anyway, I've put on 4lbs over Christmas/New Year and want to lose a minimum of 12lbs. Would like to drop the first 2lbs by Friday's official weigh-in...

I have been trying my best this week but with a combinaton of being stuck indoors and feeling poorly I am dreading getting weighed on Wednesday. :guilty:

Well, unfortunately my scales are still broken (replacing the batteries has not helped) so I had to resort to weighing in on the Wii Fit (not the most accurate method, I'm sure) but the overall result was that I appear to have lost 5 lbs. I'm quite happy with that as I have been incredibly good.

Hope this week's weigh-ins go well for everyone :goodvibes

well I went to my weigh in and it worked out that I havent been there for 2 months! :rolleyes1 anyway the result was I have put on 5 1/2 Lbs- so not too bad then :eek:

Wow!! That's actually pretty good considering we've had Christmas and New Year, Jeanette!!! I put on 4lbs in less than a month!!! :rotfl2:

I want to lose around 25lbs and this looks like a good place to get the support to do it.
