15st 12 1/2 lbs. which isn't too bad as there are still xmas choccies in the house. Theresa and I have decided that the any left over now i will have to take to work for the drivers to finish off.

I had my first weigh-in this morning and have managed, by some miracle, to lose 7 lbs which I'm really pleased with - that puts me well on the way to my 10lb target by the end of Jan![]()
I weighed myself this morning and ive lost 3.5 lbs which im really pleased with.![]()

Hi,
I'm trying my hardest to lose some weight before our WDW trip in May (108 days to go and counting). I have just found this thread and maybe it will be just the support I need. Hope that I can join in with you all.
I do well for a day or so but then get tempted by all sorts of anything even food I'm not all that keen on and I never ever seem to get full. The worst is when I look in a mirror I see myself as I want to be - not as I am (strange isn't it!) I have to take a photo of myself before I see the 'real me'.
