Foolishly I jumped on the scales this morning, and I've put on a ridiculously 9lbs of drink induced weight :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Current weight ~ 10st 9lbs
Goal (asap) ~ 9st 12lbs
Goal for August holiday 9st 7lbs

My proper weigh in will be on a Friday morning, so I hope I've lost a couple of pounds by the end of the week :wizard:

I'm off to the nurse for my monthly weigh in but as Tuesday is my usual weigh day at home I'll wait until tomorrow to see how I've got on (just in case I manage to loose an extra couple of grams :rotfl: . I think I've lost about 0.5kg which I'll be happy with but I know that I really do need to motivate myself to do some exercise .

You'll be my motivation for when we're on the cruise and I'll have to stick to it now then Mandy, either that or enforce a "no photos" rule :rotfl:

15st 12 1/2 lbs. which isn't too bad as there are still xmas choccies in the house. Theresa and I have decided that the any left over now i will have to take to work for the drivers to finish off.
It's the only way.:sad1:

LOL Mandy - if I get near my target weight I'll have lost 6 stone, I don't think there are that many Bahama Mamas in the world, let alone on the ship :lmao:

That's a good idea Tony - DH drives a school bus and came home on the last day laden down with boxes of chocolates. I managed to hide quite a few when no one was looking and then gave them away to friends and family :thumbsup2

I had my first weigh-in this morning and have managed, by some miracle, to lose 7 lbs which I'm really pleased with - that puts me well on the way to my 10lb target by the end of Jan :)

Well done half a stone in a week is excellent! I am off to WW tonight. Don't expect to have lost a great deal as haven't been really good this week and haven't walked very much either.
I start a new job next week after 9 months off on maternity and will be walking to work and to the nursery and to school so I will get my pedometer on to see how many extra points I earn - not to eat of course :rotfl2:

I weighed myself this morning and ive lost 3.5 lbs which im really pleased with. :banana: :banana: :banana: Im hoping to lose another 2 lbs by next monday.

Well done everyone who has lost this week!
 
Great news Maddie - are you still doing WW? I would be interested to know what kind of things you eat as I'm quite fussy and I know you don't necessarily eat lots of veg and stuff - how do you balance out your points?

I do well for a day or so but then get tempted by all sorts of anything even food I'm not all that keen on and I never ever seem to get full. The worst is when I look in a mirror I see myself as I want to be - not as I am (strange isn't it!) I have to take a photo of myself before I see the 'real me'.

Well done to everybody that has lost:cool1:

I've lost 3lb which I'm more than pleased about:banana: :banana: as I feel I've had a week where I haven't gone without anything. Once I settle I only want to lose about 1lb a week so that it's a steady long term weight loss - that would be a fantastic 26lbs by the middle of June! and I'm pleased that I'm already three down!!
