I lost 1.5kg this week so inching ever closer to my target :woohoo:

If you or anyone else have any good suggestions of low fat snacks/ plain meals I would be very interested ;) . I get bored quickly with some of my meals!

For tea last night I had homemade meatballs with pasta and it was only 5.5 ww points.

200g low fat minced steak
3 slices of bread made into breacrumbs
1 large grated carrot

mix all together and form into balls (makes 22 meatballs each one is only 0.5 points). Brown in a little spray oil and add a can of tomatoes and some tomato puree (I usually add more grated carrot and the kids don't even realise they're eating veg) simmer for around 20 mins. Serve with pasta.

Tonight I'm having chicken fried rice never made it before so I'll let you know how it works out;)

I like to fill up on sugar free jelly it's 0 points and helps with sugar cravings.

Congratulations to everyone on their losses :thumbsup2

I have lost a 1lb so not too bad I suppose :confused3

Maybe youre not eating enough, that doesn't sound like much to eat and if you eat too little your body can cling onto the fat as it thinks you are starving yourself.

This happens to me the first week (as I mentioned above in a previous post) I tend to lose more the second week as my boddy settles.

Hey guys - some great weight loses! Keep it up. :thumbsup2

Not a great first week as instead of swimming on Friday I had pizza! Plus I didn't go swimming last night either as i've now got a cold

But I weighed myself last night and I lost 1lb and as that is my weekly target i'm doing ok :thumbsup2

Good luck everyone.

well done everyone those 1lb are better off than on, it all counts.:thumbsup2

Sounds like many people have had a good week! I managed to lose 2lbs too which is great despite it being my birthday! I think a lot of it was nervous energy though as starting a new job today and I'm terrified!

Well done to everyone for losses large and small! :thumbsup2
