just wanted to say this thread is hard to keep up with!

anyone out there following slimming worlds 'extra easy'? i am on it, well i started today, as last week i didnt really get into this new plan fully so i'm trying harder this week to do it.

i know the EE plan but not trying it yet.
too used to red / green.
good luck, people are losing on it but not loads a few sts or gained the 2nd week they tried it. think you really need to make sure 1/3 is a superfree food.

Great weight losses to everyone who's posted since I last have. To all those who haven't lost what they were expecting/wanting to, then don't loose heart, tomorrow's another day, so keep going and results will come along! :hug:

I was going to do the extra easy for 3 weeks then do a red or green week, just to vary it a bit and give my body a kick start!!
 
i usually do a mix of red and green days, though i have found in the past ive lost better with mix to max :)

All this talk of red or green days makes me think I should confess about my brown day - chips for lunch and chocolate biscuits this afternoon! :sad2: Ah well, I'll definitely be back on the straight and narrow tomorrow... ;)

just had my 2nd weigh in & lost 5lb.quite pleased with that:)

And did I mention the Pringles - they were brown too..? :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: I had a fab boozy evening with my best friend last night so I needed the brown food to cancel out the pink cava I was drinking - after all the indulgence just hoping to STS this week! :eek: :eek: :eek:

Maybe youre not eating enough, that doesn't sound like much to eat and if you eat too little your body can cling onto the fat as it thinks you are starving yourself.

There's plenty of it to cling on too :rotfl:
Thats an interesting thought though - i dont feel hungry but i might try and eat some nuts and fruit etc through out the day and see if it helps.

To be honest my main issues are lunches. I get so bored with sandwiches each day! And now im getting bored with soup too :lmao:

I work in an office so i take my lunches into work with me so im kind of restricted to something ready made or something microwaveable.
