well done everyone.

It is my weigh in tomorrow and I am feeling optismistic.

er I'll jusy say this quietly - I stayed the same the week.

Quite pleased as it's that "week" but I think my bread intake might also have something to do with it. :lmao:

Still onward and upward and as I'm not dieting just eating healthily I need to increase my running. Only went twice again last week and i really need to go more - it's just such an effort when it's cold and dark! Roll on the light nights.

just wanted you all to know that I got weighed last night and lost a pound - ok so not the greatest loss - but a loss all the same.

Thanks to everyone who has posted on the board since I found you all - its nice to know that others have days when they eat loads and also days when they are really motivated. Lets just hope the motivated days are greater in number.

But really its great to know others are in the same boat.

I've also found the Wii helpful - especially the Wii fit - rather than sit down and watch tv with some snacks - just doing half and hour of fun games really spurs me on - and I'm sure it must be better for me than sitting down. Has anyone else tried the samba game - I'm exhausted after that!

hoping for another loss next week and being closer to a healthier me ready for my next Disney trip.

Sharon

Well done Natalie - that an amazing loss!

I had an under point day yesterday as I pigged out a bit on Tuesday - or so I thought! I met a friend for lunch at Yo Sushi and I can usually eat quite a few plates there ;) but I got quite full after four but still felt like I'd over eaten. When I went on their website and worked out what I'd eaten it wasn't so bad after all:cool1:

Good luck everybody - keep up the good work:thumbsup2

Well done Sharon - I see the smallest loss as really postive thing as not only did you lose but you didn't put on ;)
Agree re: the Wii Fit - gets me off the sofa, especially on evening when DH works late as I can hardy go to the gym and leave the kids! keeps me away from the kitchen too! Looking forward to unlocking the Samba - sounds great!

ive another ww recipe to share with you all

Bacon Wrapped Pork with Barbecued Onions (5 points)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 20 Minutes

4 Strips Bacon

4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (1" thick)

2 1/2 Tsp. dry barbecue seasoning

2 Medium Onions, sliced 1/4" thick

1/2 Cup Stubb's Hickory Bourbon Bar-B-Q-Sauce

Wrap a strip of bacon around the edges of each pork chop and secure with toothpicks; season on both sides with barbecue seasoning. Grill pork and onions over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning once. Transfer onions to a large foil, leaving room for air to circulate. Cook pork and onions for 10 more minutes or until pork is cooked through and onions are very soft. Top pork with cooked onions.

Sounds nice - what is your favourite recipe so far Nat?

Well done Nat on the HUGE loss!! :thumbsup2

I've found a substitute for chocolate, for y'know, when you REALLY need a little fix to get you back on track. So I looked in the Hot Chocolate isle whilst shopping and Cadbury's do a Dark Chocolate Highlights, which is only 35 calories per mug and less than 1g of fat :thumbsup2

I had a mug tonight, to save me snacking on bad things and I have to say, it's rather yummy! So I'd recommend it if you need to get rid of sweet cravings :goodvibes
