Quite Late into the year but today is the day that i start watching what i eat / exercising again - im posting on here 1) it seems like a good support group, since i wont be attending weight watcher meetings and 2) as an official declaration!
- I lost quite a bit of weight last year for my hols in October, but since I got back , and with xmas and exams and any other excuse - I stopped and have defo put some of that weight back on

I was dreading standing on the scales again, but I knew if I didnt it would be difficult to set goals and so on - I put on about what I expected - but instead of feeling really down, I have quite a postive outlook to get back into it.
I've already ran 20mins on the treadmill today so im going to work that up gradually. And try and do some other things too - as i get bored really quick with exercise .
Goal is 1 stone off by September!
