Well I moved our cabin from the back of the Fantasy to the front. I just couldn't shake the feeling of not sleeping well with noise/vibrations. I hope I made the right choice. Went from 6170 to 7510. I will need to be researching methods to prevent any possible sea sickness, with us being at the front, but we have never had an issue before with cruising. I just hope I made the right move.

Good luck! I am sure your trip will be magical. If it helps I always use the sea bands … never had any issues. Some of my family live to use the circle patches you put behind your ear….

This cruise we are taking our 2 year old grandson .. hoping no sea sickness issues and trying to research what is best for that age …

I’ve been in 7501 and also 8510 on the Fantasy and I didn’t have any motion issues on either cruise.

It just seems so hit or miss, and I am not sure if anything was done to mitigate the issue during the dry dock.

We were port aft in April / May for a B2B on the Fantasy and had 2-3 days of rough vibration. It didn't bother me, or the kids, but it drove my wife crazy. It was more just the ceiling / doors rattling which drove her crazy. We could fix some of this.

We were port aft in September for Norway and barely felt any vibration (other than docking, like on most ships). Literally just 1 room over.

The weather was NICER in April / May and the seas were MUCH rougher in Europe. So is it sea depth? Travel direction? Certain required speeds? The person driving the ship? Certain rooms? Not 100% sure...

We do REALLY like AFT on the Dream class.
